Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis/Eden Prairie

I had checked in at 1:30 am and was traveling with my dog. The front desk associate Bre was extremely helpful and even suggested a different location in the hotel to meet the needs of me and my dog. Everyone I met who works here is smiling and very helpful but a special shout out to Bre from a weary traveler!

The staff was exceptional!! I spoke to 5 different members and they all had smiles on their faces and treated us so well. We never felt like a nuisance. They were friendly and kind. The staff member that checked us in explained everything clearly including breakfast and services. The room and hotel in general was clean. The pool temperature was bearable and not freezing. My boyfriend secretly told the staff it was my birthday and they went out of their way to grab extra items (free of charge) for my boyfriend to surprise me with a breakfast in bed. He decorated my waffle lol. They also put up a banner on our door as a surprise. We were blown away by how kind this staff was to us.

The customer service/ staff at this hotel is outstanding! They really go above and beyond for their guests. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. We are looking forward to our next stay!

For the most part I feel that this hotel is pretty good value. Your greeted with a coffee service at check in, It's really clean and beautifully furnished.

The friendly reception staff make check in really simple.

It's very convenient to the highway system and shopping, services and a plethora of restaurants and coffee shops. Next year there will be a metro train station nearby.

Although there is never enough lighting in a hotel room for me, there are well placed lighting options around the room.

And the hotel gets morning sun and evening sunset which if you're a sun lover is really great. The blackout curtains were really nice for sleeping in.

The TV was adequate,The bed was comfortable, the in room coffee station was furnished with Keurig single cup machines.

There was a little tiny microwave, and refrigerator. The bathrooms were clean and bright, stocked with top quality plush linens and a new line of soap and shampoos.

The intimate fitness center has a full rack of weights, no stationary bikes, two treadmills, and an elliptical machine.

It is conveniently attached to the modest swimming pool and a very small whirlpool capacity of six very small people.

Though the flooring tiles look nice they are very dangerous when wet.

I saw numerous people fall, indeed I slipped on the steps into the whirlpool and banged my arm on the railing which was slippery as well.

I'm healthy but my fall could have easily injured a frail person.

There was a problem with keeping the area stocked with towels and indeed I had to call the front desk to bring towels twice.

By Saturday evening they had run out of towels so I had to slog back to my room soaking wet, a minor inconvenience, but for a company that boasts luxury it was disapointing

The breakfast offerings were a step above some other properties with cut fruit and a hot bar, juices served in carafes instead of a machine, linen wrapped flatware, waffle maker, hot oat meal, pastries, bagels, muffins all nicely displayed.

The dining room was amply furnished and there is even an inviting patio option when the weather is warm

On week days they offer omlets. On Sunday they even had a cheese cake yum!

This was our 3rd stay here. We have been here for 2 of the last 3 Super Bowls. Great price for room. Staff was very nice and we loved the pool and hot tub. Room was very clean. We had a junior suite. The road up to hotel needs major repairs but this is not the Hotel's issue

No free continental breakfast, but lots of delicious options!
If the pool is heated, it wasn't very well.
The room was immaculate and spacious, perfect for our 2 kids and us.
The staff was AMAZING with our 3 year old son.
We will definitely stay again.

The desk people are Very polite and go out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast is great the beds are comfortable and we didn't know how to work the thermostat and they came within a few minutes! Thanks for making our getaway relaxing

The service when we walked in was spot on. Informative and kind. Checkout using the app was a breeze. Breakfast was until 10am, longer than other places I’ve stayed so thats a plus. Awesome place.

Have been staying here every week for 13 weeks on a company project. Staff here takes care to make sure I have everything I need. The only issue is the routine for room cleaning doesn't make sense. I check out every Friday morning and back on Sunday night. They clean my room every Thursday. I had requested that all rooms under our company reservation to be cleaned on Wednesday. It makes no sense to clean on Thursday then I check out Friday morning. You have to clean again for weekend rentals. Wouldn't Wednesday be a more logical day to clean? Lastly, they know I reserve weekly but only leave two coffee pods and two paper coffee cups. Have to ask at front desk and they are only allowed to give out two at a time. BTW, I am a Diamond Elite customer.

The desk clerk and the hotel manager were very nice to work with. They were accommodating to the special requests we had (extra pillows and later check out time). Our room was clean, and we had everything we needed/requested. The bed was very comfortable, and stay was quiet.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast cook was incredible! Enjoyed what he did, it really showed and the food was marvelous. I highly recommend getting the breakfast with your room.

This is my second time staying for business but honestly it would be a top choice for pleasure as well. Their pool and gym are well looked after, they have a very convenient guest laundry and an very good restaurant for both made-to-order, or buffet breakfast (look for deals for included breakfast!) and great dinner options too.

The staff really makes the experience great with their care and attention to detail.

The location is quiet but still close to the twin cities and other attractions. Highly recommend checking them out!

Great all around experience. Food was great, place was clean, bar was nice, friendly employees, good job.

I stayed at the hotel last week and had a very nice time, this hotel is very neat and clean. When I got to my room I discovered the hair dryer was missing so I called down to the front desk and spoke to Lisa. She made sure that a new hair dryer was delivered to my room, I just wanted to say Thank you to her since she was gone in the morning when I came down to check out. You all do a wonderful job!

The hotel is located right off the highway, so easy access in Eden Prairie. Seems to be located in kind of a business area (across from Optum headquarters), so really quiet and minimal traffic on the weekend we stayed. My most important factor in hotel quality is bed comfort, so I rated this 5 stars! Extremely comfortable bed! Not many people staying in the hotel the weekend we were there, so very quiet! Finding the entrance is a little tricky the first time because it is kind of tucked behind the Speedy gas station, but not bad. All the staff we talked to were very helpful and friendly!

We had a very late night check in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was beautiful and clean, the breakfast was decent. The only down side was that it was about $12/person. All in all, I would definitely stay again.

Great customer service, clean, and inviting. I would love to stay at this location again. No restaurant in the hotel right now. Many food choices in the area. Not much for gluten free. Slept well. Thanks Hilton...you have a returning customer.

Madeleine and Gina were both very helpful at the front desk. I stayed with my family and they both made our visit Great!! The room was nice and they helped us get the adjoining room booked last minute for my sister to stay with us. These two went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as plesant as we could have hopped for. Thanks again Ladies!!

The rooms were nice and clean. They provide shuttle service due to the cold weather which I thought that was fantastic. The staff that I got the meat were incredibly friendly. I don't have a single complaint

We always stay at this Hilton when we visit famiky in Minnatonka. Convenient and easy access. Covid Protocol in place. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurants around the area. There is a restaurant and bar in this Hilton, but due to covid not open. Complementary coffee and breakfast in a bag for $5.00. Which I think should be free.

We get the King Junior Suite, just in case the grandchildren want to spend the night with us. The room has a large sitting area with sofa sleeper, and tv. A hallway that separates the front room and bedroom, making the bedroom private. The hallway has the closet, microwave and fridge. On this trip we used the pool area twice. We had to reserve the time through the front desk. Only 10 people at a time. The decking around the pool was extremely slippery from the water. It made it hard to walk around with the grandchildren.Those little ones love visiting us at the Hilton.
