The UPS Store

This UPS store is located within a short distance from my home. It's a full service stores. I have been using their services for as long as I can remember. Their customer service is excellent. The front staff is courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

The man there was working alone and had a steady flow of customers come in but was very efficient and did things quickly with a smile.
You could tell he knows what he’s doing and I appreciated how much he multitasked.

Best UPS store! The owner and his team provide fast, friendly, and reliable service. I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. They know everything about shipping, printing, notary, etc. and are always helpful.

Raj does an outstanding job with special packing needs. He packed a full size bent wood rocking chair that arrived in perfect condition. He also packed/shipped a child's wood rocking chair that also arrived in perfect condition. Raj is so conscientious and knowledgeable. Trust him!

11/18/2020 Raj did it again! He packed fragile, heirloom Christmas decorations that arrived in Maine in perfect condition. No question, Raj is the BEST!

Love this store and the great owners/workers. Very friendly and great service. Very disappointed to see the negative reviews regarding Amazon returns. I have never had a problem here.

Cameron was a rock star! Went to the store early afternoon on Saturday 8/10/19 to drop an Amazon return (cell phone). It didn't go as planned due to a Hazmat warning. While I was on the phone (Amazon,1.5 hours) working out the details, the store had a constant flow of customers, mostly Amazon returns (most he'd ever seen). He handled it all & was very understanding of my situation. Poor guy had 45 minutes left of his day to rebox and ship out over 50 Amazon items!

The gentleman who seems to run the store is always courteous and has a smile. ALWAYS offers to provide a receipt for shipments without needing to ask him. Keeps me honest by weighing everything. :-) Has all the services that any SOHO operation needs.

I needed some business cards for my roofing business and the gentleman at this store was super helpful and was able to get my cards printed super quick and they looked amazing

This location made the amazon return process very easy to understand. Chatted with a female there who was very nice and helpful. Awesome location.

The UPS Store# 3975 in Edina is great. The owner Raja is extremely nice. He always helps me with my promotional materials for my business. I am very happy and am a customer for life.

Costumer service was excellent. Greetings and thanks with smiles. My first time shipping large packages and they were very thorough as to what I needed.
