Good food, great service. We were the first people in and had the dining room to ourselves. Service was fast food was well flavored, outside of the chicken fried rice which I felt was bland.

Wonderful food, ordered take out many times, it was only like 10-15 mins every time, pretty fast. The employees are nice and helpful, I love the sweet and sour chicken combination, the chicken and egg roll are so delicious and crispy🤤they have one of the best sweet and sour sauce and the egg roll sauce!! Definitely recommended.

We hadn't been to fortuna for a while, but were very pleasantly surprised when we got our carry out last night! We ordered general tso chicken, egg rolls, crab rangoons, and egg drop soup. Everything was excellent. We both agreed that it was probably the best chinese food we'd ever had. Fresh, hot, and delicious. We will definitely be back!

This place is really underrated. It’s great food a clean atmosphere and our waiter was so kind. I would highly recommend it!

Our favorite spot for Chinese food. We love the gai kow with chicken, hot and sour soup, and chicken mushroom soup. They are quick, efficient, and have carryout down to a science.

General Chicken was huge pieces of breast meat, perfectly breaded and cooked. Sauce was not overly sweet and the mild option had a good amount of spice (to me anyway 😂). Egg Drop soup was textbook. No doubt one of the best Chinese American restaurants I’ve ever been to.

Great local restaurant! Staff is a quick to help and serve any needs you might have. Food and atmosphere is good! Recommend!

Fortuna Inn has been stable of South Lyon since the 80's. I've seen many restaurants in area come and go over the past 25 years. Never had a bad dinner dinning in or taking out. The quality has always been consistent at the right price.

We loved our meals and even though there was only 1 waitresses working and answering the phone she nailed it ✊. We will be back.

I am disappointed egg rolls taste like dirt and the sweet sauce is watered down. My almond chicken the batter greasy and over cooked and where are he almonds . I can see why it comes with sauce to cover up the mess. Truly will not go again. I'm hesitant to be Ven taste the soup.
Sorry about bad review on food but the staff was very friendly and pleasant. My order was a takeout if I had ate in house I would have returned it to the kitchen

Was lovely! The staff was kind and really cared & the serving was generous and delicious. They accept ApplePay and have a nice playlist if you’re dinning in. :)

They have put a lot of work into updating the menu and the business, imo. Very popular restaurant in South Lyon, they try to personally appreciate every person who visits to dine in. Carry out service is good also, online menu is easy to read. Prices seem just a little high, but they've been around long enough I think people are willing to pay for the experience.

Wonderful place! The food was delicious and the service was incredible! With a family with kids, the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our kiddos had a great experience! Their szechuan sauce was great!! It was the favorite among us all! We will definitely be back!

I have been coming to Fortuna Inn for Chinese Food since I was a kid. To me there is no better place to go for Chinese. The Sweet & Sour Chicken is the best, and you can never go wrong with the Egg Drop soup. The service is always excellent and the food is ready quickly.

Have been a patron for 30 years and never had a bad meal. Food is fresh and well prepared. Service is great and staff is always welcoming and friendly. Hard to beat Fortuna for excellent Chinese food!

Good food at a good price. No idea why this is a 3.9 it should be a 4.8 restaurant. Always on time for pickup. In fact they're usually early so I would show up ahead of their delivery time.

Delicious local, family-owned Chinese Restaurant in South Lyon, Michigan with great service and even better food. The staff is always friendly, helpful and attentive. I highly recommend the sesame chicken, crab wontons, and chicken fried rice. I wish they had a restaurant located in Ann Arbor, Mi because this authentic Chinese food and ambience cannot be replicated!

This is a fantastic establishment with an amazingly friendly staff and a wonderful menu. Best Chinese food in town! I can't speak highly enough of the service I've received over the years. Truly the gem of South Lyon eats.
