Life Time

This is an excellent club. I have never had much trouble with anyone or anything. The food is good to great. The options and facilities are numerous and clean. Lifetime beats any other type of gym in every area.

The only downside was experienced once where I kept looking for some lost goods. I continually checked with different people over several visits until I contacted a previous swim coach. It took a month to get things back, so I'd say the lost and found needs to be better organized.

Update: I hardly eat here these days. Prices are a bit high. It's still a pretty good facility, though. It has definitely gone through a roller coaster since the pandemic. Bathrooms could be cleaner like they used to be. This is one thing that always set them apart from other gyms. Haven't lost anything here since, but I would mark your stuff. I think about 4000 water bottles are lost here every month.

Everything you need to get fit and healthy. This club has it all and the staff is friendly and helpful. I haven't had a chance to use the tennis courts but the cardio area is huge and there are plenty of weight machines and free weights so you don't have to wait long even when it gets a bit crowded. It would be good if there was more room in the stretching area but I'm looking forward to yoga and group classes and using the pool. The cafe has really good food and the spa is convenient. There's more but overall this is the one club I've joined that I go consistently to.

A great club! Wonderful staff. Zack and Anna in the cafe are always awesome. Great experience here all the time. One thing to change, bring back the pork and sweet potatoes meal. Keep up the good work.

I liked so far

I will be moving soon and will miss this place. I have an LA Fitness .4 miles away, yet still maintain my Lifetime membership. The yoga classes are comparable to legit stand alone studios. I think some of the flow classes could be better, but I especially like Adam and Josefina's classes! The hot tub, steam room, and sauna combo is great too. The staff is always friendly. It's a high quality place. I wasn't impressed with one of the Bloomington locations I checked out, once (closer to my place), but Crosstown is great! Mashawn was also really helpful in helping me set up my membership.

This is one of my favorite Life Time locations. It isn't usually super crowded, though it can be a little bit hard to find parking during January-February-March in the evenings on weekdays. However, the staff here are completely unbeatable. Bear is a phenomenal trainer, and Adam and Dean are the best yoga instructors I've had. The only downside that I've found with this location is that the hot tubs are in the locker rooms, so you can't go with your workout buddies of different genders. Otherwise, this one's the best.

I want to applaud lifetime for handling a continued hold on my membership due to COVID19 concerns in a professional, fair, and direct manner; definitely made me want to return once safe to do so.

I have not visited the club since the initial covid lockdown so I can't attest to what the environment is currently like.

General notes on this club; it's totally adequate and has great options for group fitness classes. Not extremely fancy but has enough equipment / amenities; nice having the lifecafe for a smoothie or protein bar post workout. Haven't visited a diamond level club but the value / cost ratio at this location (platinum) is very solid especially if you take advantage of spin / yoga classes.

I have been member since 1999, started at Bloomington and They upgraded me with no additional charge.Also I love this place crosstown great facility and the child care is awesome my kids loved it too . Thanks to all employees great guys with smiley face all the time. 5 stars

I'm a member there. There is a wide selection of equipment: basketball courts, racketball courts, pool, yoga classes, cycling, tennis courts, child care, a hair salon, snack bar, health foods and supplements. It is usually very well kept, and the staff and trainers are excellent. Overall, a very nice club.

Friendly employees. Clean locker rooms with towels provided. Sauna and whirlpool. Great exercise classes and equipment in the floor.

I have been seeing Amelia forever at the lifetspa in Eden prairie cross town! Amelia is always making me feel beautiful and she is absolutely personable and will make you feel important and will listen to you and not l just a number and you will NEVER walk out not feeling refreshed and brilliance!! Amelia is such A caring women and loves what she does ! She makes me feel like the most beautiful woman and that is why I drive 45 minutes to see her!! Absolutely wonderful ❤

Lots of elipticals, treadmills, stairmasters and stationary bikes. Seldom have to stand in line for a weight machine. Yoga, massage, spinning class, group exercise classes. Bball courts, Tennis Courts, Racquet ball courts, indoor and outdoor pools. Great locker rooms, whirlpool, steam room and sauna. Wish they had better shampoo in the showers.

This is a very nice facility. Lots of equipment with minimal waiting for something to open up and everything is extremely clean. The staff is also very friendly.

They're doing a great job at keeping the place clean and sanitized from what I see! Will be nice when they get the steam room and sauna back open... call your congressman and the governor!

Big place and plenty of equipment

If you are starting your new years resolution plans, I suggest you contact the trainer Bernt Snuggerud. Bernt(Bear), is an awesome trainer! He is also educated in the areas of physical therapy to help you recover from injuries. I have worked with Bear for a year now and appreciate his attention to detail and a straight forward approach to overall health and wellness.

We love the staff in the Kids Academy childcare center! My 3 kids always have a blast!

My son and I LOVE this gym. I really love the child care center!!! The staff are amazing, the people who attend the gym are friendly as well.

Ryan the General Manager is very friendly. Always welcoming.

The staff and facilities at Lifetime Fitness Crosstown in Eden Prairie are A+. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
