I have been going to Renew Salon and Spa for several years. Heather J. is amazing and I highly recommend her. She listens to what I want and offers suggestions based on her years of experience. My hair looks incredible every time I go and I feel amazing when I leave. Staff members are friendly and welcoming. The owner always takes the time to say hello, every time I am there. If you are looking for a new place to get your hair done, this is the place to go.

Renew Salon and Spa is one of the greatest places to go when you need some self-care!! They offer a wide variety of services from hair and nails, to waxing, massage and more! The entire salon is so bright, clean and comfortable, with tons of windows for beautiful natural lighting! Everyone on staff is knowledgeable and well-trained in their craft, while also being incredibly kind and personable. I’m always offered refreshments and feel so welcomed every time I walk in!!
Heather Joyce is my diehard go-to Hair Goddess and I highly recommend some Hairapy in her chair; however every stylist in the Renew Family is fantastic otherwise they wouldn’t be there!! Jeffrey and his entire team will welcome you with open arms and beautiful smiles, and have you feeling RENEWED!!!!🩵

Such a great place, with so many spa and hair treatments/options. The owner is wonderfully friendly, the Salon/Spa is filled with brilliant light and always clean. My stylist, Vanessa is amazing, hardworking and incredibly talented. I always look forward to going to Renew!!

Jeff runs a great business. He give me the best cut I have got in years. Great staff and very clean modern shop. I highly reccomend for guys who want a good cut and good service.

I have been going to renew salon and spa for years and have never had a bad experience! All of the stylists are so talented, professional, and kind! The last several times I have gone, I saw Brittany and have been thrilled with the results each time! She is amazing at color/cuts, listens to what I’m looking for, helps give me ideas, and is super kind! It is so nice being able to trust my stylist and walking away with a smile each time! I highly recommend booking with Renew Salon and Spa!

My hairdresser, who I have been going to since 1994, unexpectedly broke her arm as my son and I were due for a new haircut. With her out for a month, we found Renew per recommendations. Even so, this was going to be a nerve wracking experience for us as change is not something that we enjoy. Originally, we were scheduled with Aimee but she became unavailable and we were moved to Reece. Every step of the way, the Salon kept in touch with me about our appointments: when Aimee couldn't make it, verifying that we would be there at the new time in texts, and when Reece was running late and asked if we could come in later. Reece made my son feel at ease and was quite friendly. For a first time doing our hair, she did an admirable job. If we ever run into a fix again, we will be returning to Reece and it was so nice to find someone to back up our normal hairdresser. Kudos to the entire operation at Renew.

I've been a client at Renew for a little over a year. I was reccomended to see Heather Joyce by a friend of mine, and my hair has never looked better! I have thick/course/naturally wavy hair and Heather has not only cut my hair so artfully, but that in conjunction with her product reccomendations, which are always are spot on, has drastically reduced my frizz and accentuates my waves. The salon is spotless and everyone is so friendly! I also really appreciate the text reminders before my appointment.

Vanessa took a few glances of a picture and made my long shaggy hair look just like it with great confidence. She is a very skilled stylist. Will definitely return.

The staff is friendly, everything is immaculate, they make you feel safe, and they do more than just haircuts! If that is not reason enough to get you through their doors. Jeffrey and his team have gone above and beyond in ensuring client safety during a salon visit. The protocols used are exemplary, clearly demonstrating owner Jeffrey's commitment to caring for his clientele by providing the safest possible space for spa and hair care. I was more than impressed with the attention to all areas of disinfection, distancing and monitoring those who enter the salon. The services offered have always been first class and win my rave reviews for color cut and style. Having international experience in hair care including Paris, Sydney and Singapore, I highly recommend this team for all of your hair care needs.

Yesterday I saw Katrina for a hot stone massage- oh my goodness it was probably one of the best massages I've ever had. She actually FIXES things- doesn't just give you a generic rub-down! It is definitely worth it when you feel a million times better afterward! The salon and spa was very nice as well! It's clear that lots of detail and personal touches went into this place. I already made another appointment with Katrina, as well as an appointment to get my nails done in their nice pedicure area I saw in their spa section.

A close family member has been raving about Jeffrey and his Renew team. I had horrible Covid Box-Dye color issues. Horrible as in my last three home root touch-ups were three different colors by three different companies. Yes. That horrible. So I requested an appointment and crossed 🤞 my fingers Jeffrey wouldn’t run screaming. I was VERY insecure and self-conscious before my appointment. But the moment I stepped into Renew I felt welcomed, safe, and (did not see this coming after 2020) RELAXED! Jeffrey, and every team member I interacted with was warm, genuinely concerned about my well-being, crazy talented, and certifiably gifted in spades, (I’m looking at you Nicole, Amber, Heather, and of course, Jeffrey). The Covid protocols I experienced were above and beyond-which helped me feel safe, and able to actually relax and enjoy the experience. And what an experience it was! The hype is real! Jeffrey is a treasure! His Team is top-notch, and the space he has created made me feel like I was worthy and deserved to feel good about myself again. It’s been a tough pandemic for everyone. And my hair looks so amazing! When Jeffrey turned the chair around I honestly cried. Such total happiness and feeling good about ME-it’s been a while. Thank you Renew🙏 Truly, thank you from the heart ♥ Can’t wait for my next appointment! And I know I’m not alone (mom of 3 here). There are still some of us hiding or stuck at home, or (deep sigh) schooling our kids from home or juggling both and more. I have to say just how thrilled I am with Renew Salon! And my stylist, Aimee Mahony!! This will be a LONG review, but worth it! I had not had ANYTHING done to my hair (cuts, colors, perms), NOTHING, in 5 yrs.!! Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at a different salon 6 yrs. previous; which resulted in some hair loss. It took several years for the hair growth to come back. Then enter the Pandemic! I was SOOO tired of unhealthy hair; and looking older than I am!! Of course being hesitant due to my past bad experience, I did my research first! I looked at MANY salons!! Renew Salon was recommended to me by a dear friend. I read all reviews I could find, and found nothing terrible! All reviews I read were great! My appointment was set up with Aimee. She was AMAZING! We had a consult first, before my actual appt. She was so attentive to everything! I told her what I was looking to have done, and she gave her professional suggestions! Aimee exceeded my expectations! I am THRILLED!! I have had SOOO many compliments! Best of all, I have been Renewed!!! Thank you Renew Salon! And especially Aimee Mahony!!!!

This is the best salon in Cold Lake. Reilly is a hair artist! She understands hair and gives great advice when you don’t know what to do with your colour. It’s a fun, pampering and trendy atmosphere!

The new quarters are beautiful, clean and spacious. I've been going to Brittany for more than 2 years now, and have loved the rapport with her from day one. She is thorough in her work, personable and fun. The area for bridal services is lovely, with a sliding barn door for for privacy.

I searched for a good salon for years until a friend recommended Renew Salon and Spa. Now I won't go anywhere else. Kisten always gives a great cut, and, best of all, she teaches me how to use the right products and style my hair myself. After all, what good is a great cut if it only looks great out of the salon and not at home?

The salon is bright and airy, a perfect place to be pampered. Do yourself a favor, and go to Renew Salon and Spa.

If you’re worried about going to a salon during the pandemic, you don’t need to worry when you come here. They take your temp when you arrive, everyone wears a mask, there are plastic dividers between each chair, and one up at the reception desk. It was incredibly clean, everyone was nice (as usual), and I felt safe! Tara is amazing!
