The service was really cool the person who helped me was funny and helpful, all the employees were smiling. I went in to get the new Cool Greys which were sold out everywhere but they had a pair in the size i wanted. So all and all it was a positive and enjoyable visit 5🌟 stars all the way!

The Wonderful Female Representative African American Worker was so polite and very helpful. 5 Stars they have Quality Products. I still think they can add more Men's Basketball shoes collection. Well Done Foot Locker. ✍❤‍🔥🙏🏾

Is a big place and many sport shoes to choose.

I went in there yesterday for shoes and Ramone was so patient with my 8 yr old as he chose different shoes to try on. He helped from the moment we walked in until we were leaving after paying for our purchase. He has excellent customer service skills.

Stopped in looking for a pair of white shoes, simple right? Not when you wear a size 14. Thankfully you all have an employee by the name of Anthony P. working here. He took the time and went in back and looked through all the shoes and found me a couple pairs to choose from!
He took the extra time to provide amazing customer service, thanks to him I left out of there with a pair of Nike Huaraches! In this day and age customer service like that is hard to come by.

Everyone at the Maplewood Mall store that we went to in the morning were fabulous. The manager was outstanding. Thank you all so much.

Great customer service. They made a real effort to understand what shoes I was looking for. The only concern I have is a little lack of variety in the brands.

Had a great experience yesterday I order my shoes online so I went to try some pairs I was debating on buying and the staff were very quick to greet me and knew about whatever shoes I asked about and when I asked them to go get the shoes in the size I wanted he was back in 2 minutes sharp each time.

My boyfriend and I needed a shoe in a different size and they helped us with ordering it online. Team members were very nice.

The salesman knew the shoes in the store inside and out. I wish they carried more colors but I mean when you have a great pair of shoes, who cares about the color at that point.

They had the shoes I was looking for. And the employees were all super friendly.

Isiah was great help with questions and answers. He went above and beyond to meet my needs.
