Smokehouse 52 BBQ - Saline

We went here for Mother's Day and my family of 5 all enjoyed our amazing BBQ pork, brisket, ribs, and chicken and waffles! The service was outstanding and our waitress kept up with refilling our waters while bringing our food and sides out quickly and consistently, even on a busy Mother's Day during lunch time! We always enjoy going here for the best BBQ around. Also, their Mac and Cheese is a MUST TRY, it is so cheesy, flavorful and delicious!

This place is great! I got “The Enthusiast” with fries and smoked sausage for my two sides. That smoked sausage yo! Kelsy was our server and did a superb job. Even though the place was packed, our drinks and food all arrived in a timely manner. I ended up eating the meat from the entree for the next two days with my eggs in the morning. I’ll be going back for sure!

The BBQ Pulled Chicken with Pit Beans and Signature Mac (pictured) was to die for, as it always is. Never too dry, never overdone, the meat here is always served at top standard, no exception. The ladies and gents in charge of making and serving your food are always cheerful and personable, the kind of people you feel comfortable calling by name. A full service bar lets you eat wherever you want. Come try their saline location, it’s the best around.

Amazing place!! Food was absolutely delicious! succulent pork! and looked stunning!! Our waitress Rhonda was amazing and so very helpful!! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area or even out of the area to take a trip and stop by!! Will 100% be going back!!! Highly recommend the candied bacon dessert!!

Really good BBQ place. Had a really modern feel and the food was really good. Didn't really have a long wait at all even on a weekend. Parking can be tough downtown but you may just have to walk a little way. Service was good and prices were pretty decent for the quality.

The most amazingly experience after my first time to celebrated my birthday, beef brisket appetizer was so delicious! This place in Saline opened the very recent after it opened in Chelsea in around 2014. Its great to bring your friends, family or your loved one!

Food was delicious!!! The atmosphere was great!! The staff were friendly and helpful. Food came out perfectly and I didn't have to wait around for it to long at all!! I loved that they have like 5 different house bbq sauces!! Would definitely come back again if I am in the area!!

Great southern BBQ! I was unsure about the price but it's well worth it! I love the atmosphere and would consider it one of the best BBQ joints in Michigan.

This place has great BBQ! I've been there twice now and both times I've wanted to finish everything on my plate despite being stuffed. Chicken, pulled pork, or brisket - it's all good!

The best BBQ isn't downtown Detroit. It's in Chelsea or Saline. The ribs are tender and pink from being smoked by wood. The sides are awesome and make sure you use the dry rub in the container with the sauces. It's not labeled and looks like it may be decoration but apply it to your ribs when they first come out and let it soak in. You won't be disappointed.

I'm so happy I found this gem! Wonderful restaurant. Huge portions with lots of flavor. This is the pulled pork( naked) with potatoes salad, and green beans. So delicious.

Great food. The system was a little different, you order from a menu board and then sit down. They bring the food to the table. The food was as I expected, absolutely fantastic. I got the double meat, pork and brisket. They never let you down. The staff was friendly and helpful. Glad I stopped by.

Delicious food! I’ve tried several items on the menu and you can’t go wrong. Wonderful pulled pork and chicken, Mac and cheese, cornbread, sweet potato fries and we LOVE the nachos. Leave room for the banana pudding. Great beer selection. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Also love the decor and atmosphere.

Great food and good service. Went with 16 of us and were easily accommodated. Really enjoyed the "enthusiast" mixed platter. 😋

Our car club went to the Saline location on 6/27/21 and had a wonderful time! The food and service was exceptional
and we had the whole room pretty much to ourselves! Michelle and Tori were so nice and professional on the phone even though I couldn't give them an exact number of people until the last minute! The parking lot is nice and big so no one was worried about their "cool car" getting scratched! It was our first time there, but it won't be our last! Thank you for a great time!!
