I've had my business and personal accounts at every big brand bank in the twin cities. BMO Harris is hands down the best customer service bank in our town.

For starters, each branch has their own phone number that you can call and talk to a real-life person in that brach- and they know who you are. These bankers are empowered to answer questions and solve problems over the phone. Their tellers are efficient, I never stand in lines like the big banks. BMO Harris offers far more competitive product and fees than others.

I'll be a loyal customer for life!

By far the best bank I've ever banked at. You cannot compare this bank to any of the local TCF's US Bank or Wells Fargo's. The customer service is absolutely excellent.

Best banking staff in the metro. I do all of my business banking here. Tony and his staff go above and beyond expectations to make sure I am taken care of. Even when I have odd requests, or requests that are on a Saturday etc.

This BMO went above and beyond to help us right at closing time! We had a unique situation and they brainstormed until we had a solution that worked. They were friendly and helpful they entire time! Highly recommend this store.
