James B. was the Verizon tech at the Lee NH location that I worked with. He was great. Listened to all my concerns and needs and I left with a new phone that I'm sure will meet all my needs. He was very patient with someone who doesn't have a lot of technical skills and explained answers to my questions very clearly and kindly. Very excellent service from this young man!

Aaron and Richard did an amazing job helping me through the scary experience upgrading my phone to the IPhone 15 Pro Max. It was seamless, fun, easy, and financially comfortable! Thank you to them!

Richard was awesome at Lee Verizon! I came in last minute right before closing and he was so helpful! He did all the paperwork through insurance and I had the phone delivered the next morning!!! This store has helped me immensely twice in recent years. Last week, Richard put in a huge effort to get my phone number out of a TracFone hostage situation when trying to port my number. Many hours later we were finally successful. My prior experience was when this store rescued me from a scammy hustle the Dover NH did to me. I only go here!

I highly recommend this Verizon store. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My most recent visit was to upgrade two iPhones. We worked with Richard, who did an excellent job of explaining both the technology changes and the various costs and credits involved with the upgrades. Thank you Richard.

I've been doing business with Store manager and overlord Mark for years. I've been wanting a tablet for work real bad for years and I had a few messages from Verizon that I qualified for a phone/tablet upgrade so I reached out. Mark was off fpr the weekend but sent me in to the store to get some help.

Enter Sir Richard. Great guy, down to earth. I got a brand new S23 and the Galaxy Tab S9. Both pieces rip. So fast. This raised my payment the price of a combo meal. A skinny person combo meal.

Get in and take advantage of the Black Friday deals. Ask for Richard.
Stay away from the other locations if you want a fair deal. No getting raked over the coals on the price of the device to soup up commissions.

I live in Florida and waited until I traveled to NH to get a new phone. The Lee Verizon had been awesome in the past so I made a special trip to them to buy my phone, update my account, and ask all my technology questions. They have been awesome and I will definitely come back to the Verizon store in Lee, NH again!

As a long-term Verizon customer, I have had nothing but bad experiences at other locations when needing on-site support. I went into the Lee, NH location yesterday to upgrade my very old iPhone and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, knowledable and helpful staff. They took care of everything for me, all data transfers, putting the screen protector on and the case, and walked me through every step of the way, handing me my new phone all ready to go! If I need anything, I will be returning to this location.

James was very good at getting the best upgrade for me. He was friendly, courteous and made the decision process very simple and professional.
