Not the cleanest store! Sat in the pharmacy waiting area the other day shortly after opening. The floor was littered with debris from shoes and obviously had not been swept since the night before. Walking throughout the store, many of the floor tiles have chunks missing.

Always have been happy with the response times. Josh in the pharmacy is outstanding. 3 stars now because the pharmacy is closed all weekend. Please, how about some limited hours since most folks have weekends off.

In previous years we've had great experiences at this Rite Aid. No longer is that the case.

I had some dental surgery done, and afterwards I brought my prescription to Rite Aid for a fill.

They told me, and I quote "it will be 30 minutes but the last person we told that was more like an hour". Ok, you're busy, not a big deal. I told them "We had to go to Maine on an errand but we would be back later". This was the truth, we planned on being back over an hour later.

A full 100 minutes after dropping off this prescription, we returned and went to the pharmacy. I asked if they had finished my prescription and said it has been over 90 minutes.

The response VERBATIM: "Yeah we told you it would be awhile".

So here I am, sitting there with an open tooth socket, trying to get medication, but apparently Rite Aid is so backed up that it takes multiple hours to fill. And zero compassion about it too I guess. Oddly enough, there were 3 people behind the counter, no customers around, and they were able to fill the rx immediately when I showed up.

What happened to the pharmacists that were there for years? They were awesome? Who are these new people? They aren't good.

Anecdotally, I should have noticed the red flags when I dropped off the prescription in the first place. One of the employees, after arguing with a customer on the phone for 5 minutes, laughs and says "This prescription took me a half hour to fill". Yeah, something is off here.

I have never been treated as rudely as I was at Rite Aid by one of the pharmacy technicians. I came in just before they were closing for lunch and they got my order together brought it to the window and then I realized I left my wallet in my truck, which is parked right out in front of the store. I asked the technician if she could wait 30 seconds while I went and retrieve my wallet, she said she could not and I would have to come back later in the day. I explained that I had driven 40 minutes to get there but she refused to remain open. Subsequently, I did go out and retrieve my wallet, and since they were still waiting on another customer, I was taken care of by someone but the treatment was still very rude and unacceptable.

One the male pharmacist has been extremely rude and disrespectful to a very goos friend of mine. No matter what day of the week or time of year, this individual has been rude and hurtful. They need to learn proper manners and respect. This person shouldn't be allowed to work with customers if they can't have the right mindset or attitude. Next time I'll drive down and speak with the manager or lead pharmacist.

Sydney in the pharmacy was extremely rude. I asked her if I did something to offend her because how she talked to me with disdain. She said I kept coming back to ask if the orders from my Dr had come through. I went in once then again 40 minutes later after eating lunch and grocery shopping. I called the Dr before each time I approached the desk and they said that they were sent. How can I know if you received them if I don’t ask? I think the more likely scenario is that this is just who Sydney is and should probably not be working any job which requires communication with another human being.

Pharmacy technician more concerned with the temperature of her work area than customers. Stood at the counter while she finished a customer call and then was told to wait longer so the technician could make a call about her area getting warmer but only 62 with no one in line behind me. Still waiting 5 min later as technician discussed heat on call, I left without my needed meds. I don’t go to the pharmacy just to hang out I go because I’m needing to pick up a prescription called in by a doctor after a medical procedure

Worst pharmacy in the area. They wont call you for any reason, whether they need something, or your medication is ready. They wont call your doctor if anything is needed from them. Even Hannaford's pharmacy performs better than this. I miss Walgreens but they're a non-option for me, and unfortunately other locations are a bit of a drive. I'd say if you're stuck with these people to use the Rite Aid app, but the majority of my medications don't show up there.
