Aubuchon Hardware

Very nice blonde lady filled my order in the rain. The pallet of 2 cubic ft. bags of composting soil was in a corner of the parking lot with a huge puddle around it. She didn’t hesitate to go right into the puddle and load the bags into the back of my vehicle. Although I offered to help. She insisted on taking care of it herself so that I wouldn’t get all wet. Exceptional service.

Have always had a pleasant experience when I visit this Aubuchon. I'm somewhat outgoing anyway, so it's easy for me to make conevrsation with people. Sometimes that's all it takes to make someone's day... The team here, is great at making customers feel welcome

We recently moved to the area, so I've only visited the store a handful of times, but each visit has been great. The folks working here are friendly and helpful, and I've been able to find what I came for every time.

Our online order was ready within 30 minutes and very easy to get at the store!

Lee Aubuchon has everything and more. Staff is always friendly and helpful. No need to go to the big box stores when Aubuchon has it all.

Clean organized store with no shortage of friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. I placed an online pick up order and then went into store to shop for additional items. I chose to shop at aubuchon hardware because it is conveniently located and they were able to fulfill my online order the same day. Larger hardware stores are located further away and couldn’t fill my order until the next day. Since they are located closer to home, I am able to pick up supplies (in the winter, it’s propane and ice melt) and get home to finish working on my latest project in no time at all.

Picked up my new Treager grill on fathers day.The employees at the Lee store are the best. Their customer service is top notch I had 3 of them ready to help me put my grill in the back of my truck. You won't get that at the box stores.

Always a pleasure to shop here. I needed keys copied and a lock box. Handed my key over and was told exactly what isle to go to for the box.
Also spotted a BBQ grill I liked. But no room in truck today. So I'll be back.

Great people to work with and great management in the lee store. Always helpful with product knowledge. Eric and staff are customer friendly. Melissa is so helpful and always greets you with a smile. This is rare in today’s competitive market and you will not find this at the big box stores.

This is a great hardware store, the staff is friendly and very helpful, and they generally have exactly what I want. It reminds me of the old time local hardware stores, that have all but disappeared.

Wonderful place to shop. My wife and I bought flowers for our window boxes this afternoon. One of the employees named Janice in the garden and flowers dept waited on us. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and very solicitous to us. Helped load the car up for us . Will be certain to go back again. Highly recommend this place.

The Aubuchon website said they had 6 of an item I was looking for but I could not find it in the store. Two very helpful employees finally tracked them down in a box on the shelf over the aisle. So, I got the item I was looking for (on sale, too) and they were both very pleasant and accommodating in helping me find the item I needed.

I ordered online from A's for the first time. Eric, the manager, was posted at the checkout. I wasn't sure of the process to pick up 10 bags of a Coast of Maine product. He was warm and welcoming as I approached with the question. He looked around and saw no one available to help. Without delay, he offered himself to help me in the yard load the bags. We got chatting about his products and before I knew it, he had loaded the bags into my trunk. Great customer service! I'm an Aubuchon customer now!

I could not find a place on web site to place my coupon code. They said they would take care of it when I picked up my product. They honored the online coupon.

This is my go to place for Paint and hardware. Awesome staff, and if they don't have what I am looking for they get it! Outstanding customer service.
