Maggie's on the River

Really good restaurant! Visiting family here in town and looked for something different and found it!! Beautiful view of the river when you're eating. Much better view when it's warm for sure. Too cold to be outside for us Okies!😁 I had redneck nachos and no redneck is taking the time to make nachos this amazing!!!! They were amazing with brisket. Anyhow, go here!! You won't regret it.

My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner at Maggie’s and we loved every minute of it! Michele and her team were so friendly and helpful and the food was amazing! The bar tender was so sweet and even showed up with decorations to add to the space for us! If your thinking about booking them for your event i recommend!

Food was great. View was awesome and a peaceful look at the river.

Service was a little slow but they made up for it with awesome food. Got the fish tacos and a brick oven cheese pizza. The ranch fries were also delicious

Went woth my brother while on a trip for the weekend. The food was excellent. I had the chicken parm. And he got the philly. Both were very good. The seating out side was very nice its right by the river. My server was very nice. Sry I dont remember her name though

What a great place. I loved the atmosphere, service was fast and the food was great/fresh. I had a giant burger and my significant other had a pizza. They were reasonably priced and our waitress was very nice. Pretty scenary and a nice place to hang out. I can't wait to come back!!

Great pub fare. The soups of the day are scratch made and hearty delicious. We had a wonderful server named Alicia who was very attentive without being a helicopter. The food arrived hot and the manager sat down for a minute to accept some positive feedback.
Highly recommended.
Also it's literally on the bank of the Black River and there is outside seating on the deck.

Delicious food! Huge portions, not too pricey, and our waiter dude was totally rad and chill. Hostess was super accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

Had a delicious meal at Maggie’s on the River. You can watch all the kayaks going by, too! We enjoyed the veggie pizza, Cesar salad and all the best chicken tenders (sauces are amazing 🤤)
Also loved our bartender/server she was so attentive and nice!
10/10 recommend!

The staff was not friendly, and our entire order was wrong. Took an hour for our fried pickles, then our food. When I finally got the right burger. There were very little mushrooms on my burger. The fries were good

Over priced, over rated, and the service was mid. The only think I can say is that the food was good.. but it took at least 15 mins for a waitress to take out order. I understand it was a busy night but come on my wife and I like to try new places all the time and we had heard good things about this place.
Overall the experience was ok. I got the chicken wings which were a very nice big size and my wife got the tenders which were huge! Probably the only reason I would go back is for the bar or the chicken tenenders haha. Maybe on a not so busy night though like a Monday or Wednesday

Wow. The menu is truly a 5 star menu. I had the tuna. It was amazing. I did not expect that. The beer menu, both draft (>40) & bottle (>40) is incredible. I did not expect the wine list to be so developed. But, the real draw is the location on the black river. It is in front of a 100yd rapids. The 3 story building (with an elevator) is a repurposed thermometer factory. There is an out door deck. There is the ruins of a water wheel well on the outside of the building. We visited on a quite monday. Hard to find this venue, it is off the road amongst factory buildings, but plenty of parking. We will be back...

Stopped in from out of town and very happy. Food is all freshly made and so delicious. Very friendly and nice atmosphere. I would recommend.

Went for a watch party for the Watertown Wolves, in their first Commissioners Cup game. The atmosphere was excellent! The food was fabulous! We really did have a great time! Thank you for hosting us!

This place had some pretty delicious food. It was a little busy on a Monday around 4pm, so it took a couple minutes to be seated (be patient!).

The fish tacos were awesome, and my grandpa couldn’t stop talking about how good the salad was. All he noticed was that the steak in the salad were all different levels of cooked, and since they were chilled we assumed they prepare ahead of time (which is odd to ask how he wanted his steak cooked), but that’s only an assumption and it was still great.

Food was amazing. Location very nice ! Michelle R was our server and was really attentive. It was worth our drive away from the box restaurants ! Thank you Maggie:) and Michelle😆

Their Food is Phenomenal!!!! Be placed in all of Watertown hands down!
We came here for Christmas Eve and had the most memorable experience from our waitress Jacey!!!she was the most sweetest and best waitress I’ve EVER HAD! She explained everything from all of their wines to everything on the Menu!
As this was our first time dining here!
This place is super nice as they have like separate areas from the Bar and the dining area!
They have fun nights like Trivia and cool things they do!
You must come here and try them out!!!
We got the Ultimate burger and seasoned fries which came with cheese dip! It was incredible!
& The Philly Cheesesteak with Sweet Potato Fries
With Fluff Dip that was divine!!!!
And lastly we had to take 2 Bottles home of their Thousand Islands Winery North Country Red Wine!
Incredible Prices and you’ll have a wonderful time!

We were passing through Watertown and googled a place to eat. Glad we found Maggie's. My stinger pizza was delicious and SPICEY! My wife's chicken sandwich was tasty and the lemon blueberry cake was a fantastic finish. Our server, Kayleigh was a delight. Great food and reasonable prices. We'll be back.

Never a disappointment. They have many different types of beers, ciders, sours. They also have a cocktail menu!!
The food is always fantastic with a lot of flavor.
Not a bad price for the amount and quality the food is. Definitely have to check this out if you are a craft beer drinker.

A quick Google search brought us here and it was such a good find! Great food, excellent service and a cool location.

This place is GREAT!! Right on the river, patio seating, food was good, hot, and made to order, beer is cold, and the service is top notch!!
