guess what? We scored an Apple Watch from this mind-blowing store in Grand Central Terminal! Let me tell you, the store itself is absolutely stunning and eye-catching. The atmosphere there is so unique with its open space vibes. And here's a pro tip: if you want an amazing view of the Grand Central Terminal, make sure to check it out from the Apple Store. The staff there were incredibly sweet too !

For my money - the coolest Apple Store. To be there just in the landing of Grand Central Station with the gorgeous ceiling and buzz of a traveling city below is incredible.

Friendly staff and well-staffed. Didn’t feel too touristy either which I appreciated. I’d recommend this over all other locations in the city. Their service was also VERY FAST. 1 day to fix a battery on a Mac Pro.

Lovely place for an Apple store. I think it will be good to have more signs inside the Grand Central station because I had to ask three people to show me how to find the store, especially when you are using trains 🚆 like me. Overall experience was OK.

I attended two classes here. The employees are very friendly. I learned a lot for free.

I had the best experience - I was by Grand Central, got a call that my elderly mom had a fall…I needed to keep in touch with her caregivers but my phone charge was low. I went to the GC Apple Store, asked someone (Jessy) if I could charge my phone for 15 minutes, she cheerfully got me on a charger. Several other Apple staffers stopped by to check on me. Very positive service experience!

The staff are helpful & friendly, huge supply of accessories & apple products, fast wait time. They fixed a problem on my phone real fast. The only thing is I would not recommend coming to any Apple store if your screen is cracked or something like that use a 3rd party they’ll fix it for like 50 - 60% cheaper then apple. But other then that the staff at this Apple location are very friendly & helpful.

I love this store. Besides the beautiful location in the grand hall at Grand Central Terminal, everyone is so nice and helpful. And the people at the Genius Bar are truly geniuses. Big shout out to Vlora with helping me get the new iPhone 15 Pro Max and setting it up for me. She was so kind, helpful and patient. And another big shout out to Hazel at the Genius Bar for your help in running diagnostics on my old phone and getting my battery replaced so I can give that phone to my mom.

The absolute best Apple Store I’ve ever been to. So many employees are around to readily help you as soon as you step in without an appointment and they solved a problem I had been trying to fix at other locations for a couple months in the matter of 20 mins. The location is also a beautiful place to people watch and browse and wait for whatever you’re being helped with

The atmosphere at Apple Grand Central is truly amazing. Just looking at million of people moving around is overwhelming, and because of that my thoughts takes me to Muta Jones, a 15-year-old girl who went missing near the area on December 13. I am reaching out to anyone who can help. If you happen to see her at Apple Grand Central or notice any suspicious activity, please visit the Amigos for Kids website to share any information you may have. Your help is greatly appreciated. Staffs were amazing, super friendly, explained everything fine, stock was great, I took a new Iphone 14 Max only cause it was available at stock.

If you have a problem with your Apple or wish to purchase this is the place to go. It is conveniently located and has long hours. 7am to 9pm weekdays and 9am to 7pm on weekends. They are very helpful to explain the workings of your Apple products and there are many customer reps available. It is also a chance to try out the new products and check on those how are predicting new products. It is highly recommended.

What a cool store and the staff was very knowledgeable, relevant and helpful! Loved the store and enjoyed the experience!

Great place to take pictures passing by or passing thru For me Grand Central Station Is a good place (I love NYC) to visit take pictures eat some places are pricey but the food is good clean bathrooms just a nice place

I cannot express how helpful Hazel was in helping fix my laptop! Not only was she kind and friendly during my appointment, she was extremely fast and professional with fixing my laptop!! I was told this issue would take a while to fix by another Apple retailer, and she resolved it within a day!! She was such a big help and I cannot recommend her more!

I popped into the Apple Store today to take a look at some MacBooks, as I'm looking to make the switch from my Lenovo Chromebook. Wanted to say a special thank you to Daviell, who was extremely helpful, informative and professional. While I was only browsing today, I sincerely appreciated all the helpful information he shared with me which has definitely helped me with my decision-making. Hopefully I'll be back in the store soon to make my final purchase!
