I highly recommend this company. I contacted them regarding an estimate on replacing my garbage disposal. The customer service from Michelle was great. She answered my questions quickly and throughly. When the Service Technician, Zach, arrived, he was professional and on time. He provided my estimate and since it was within my budget, I agreed to have the work performed, as well. If I have any other plumbing needs, I will definitely use this company.

I called on Monday and scheduled a 12 -2 arrival for Tuesday. Surprisingly I got a call Tuesday morning that he was done with previous appointment and could be there in 15 min! He arrived at about 10:45. How nice! Then he did my work, replacing washer/sink hookups, and was done in less than an hour! I'm very pleased that there are still people doing GOOD honest work for fair rates! I definitely recommend and WILL call them again.

Recently our sump pump died (a bitter story that is not relevant to this review) and our basement flooded. After searching the Pataskala FB group for good recommendations I found Cruikshank Plumbing repeatedly mentioned. I followed up by reading their google reviews where they also had great remarks. Based on that information, I called them. Michelle answered the phone and was very professional and reassuring. Even though it was already in the afternoon, they sent Avery out to inspect things to see what had happened. Avery was very respectful of our property and very thorough in his examination.
It was late in the day, but he still took the time to walk me through what had happened and gave me his recommendation. There was no pressure at all to go with their company at any point. After I agreed, he came back the next day and fixed the problem. He once again explained the new system to me along with its operation and verified that everything was working correctly.

We've used Cruikshank Plumbing numerous times in the past for jobs large and small. Out of all the contractors we've used, they're done the highest quality of work for a very reasonable price. In addition to a wide array of standard plumbing tasks, they also offer remodeling and additional services. They enlarged our master bedroom shower by removing some adjacent shelving and installing a large modular shower with glass doors. The drywall work they did was perfect and much better than other companies we've hired that were supposed experts. Our latest service was moving two supply lines in our half bathroom, installing 3 new water shutoffs, new braided supply lines, and installing a new vanity & faucet. Randy was our technician and he was amazing. In the past he installed a new water filtration unit in our basement and did high quality work. This time was no different. He expertly performed all the tasks above, he kept me informed and asked questions to ensure the desired results. He ran into a few issues which he quickly resolved. His years of experience and super friendly attitude along with his desire to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied are very rare these days. He even hauled away the old sink and packing from the new products. Thank you Randy for another fantastic experience. Our to-do list is long and we will definitely be calling on you in the future.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Cruikshank Plumbing. To say that we are impressed would be an understatement! I am not sure who the owner of the company is, but the staff you have put together is certainly giving you and your company a good name.

Devin came to do our estimate for the work we were wanting to get done! He was prompt, friendly, patient, and really took the time to ensure he understood the full project and promptly delivered our estimate. I cannot say that about other plumbing companies we have dealt with for this project. He was also very realistic about what we needed to accomplish prior to their arrival and his description of what they were going to do was very accurate...no surprises once the day came to start the job.

Michael and Zachary arrived on the agreed upon date to start the project on time, very friendly, and both were very professional. They were very thoughtful about their plan for the project and kept their workspace as clean as possible the entire week. What impressed me the most was the mentorship between Michael and Zachary. There were several times I witnessed Michael taking the time to show Zachary what to do, how to do it, and why they were doing what they were doing. They left us in the best position possible given that most of our backyard had to be dug up to complete the project.

I want to thank each and every one of your staff! They are truly amazing! You definitely have some loyal customers after witnessing such great customer service!

Our supply line in one of our bathroom broke and water was running on the floor, I call Cruickshank and Michelle was so nice and calming, Avery arrived quickly and fixed everything. Such a nice and efficient young man. Cruickshank is the only company we would have ever have for our plumbing needs. 5 stars all the way!

I was dealing with a water leak and called to make an appointment. The receptionist was very polite and didn’t have an appointment till Wednesday but knew I was off of Tuesday and said if something opened up she would let me know. On Monday, she called to let me know she could get someone there on Tuesday which was great! I just had Michael come out and conduct a repair on my bathtub overflow today. He arrived on time, was polite, diagnosed the problem right away and made the repair in a speedy manner. The repair cost was very reasonable given the work he had do to. I would highly recommend using this company and would request Michael by name in the future for any work needed.

Getting an appointment set up was easy and timely. The workers were professional, courteous, very competent and efficient in how they used their time. They also were able to advise me as to what might work best for me to deal with issues that we encountered. Instead of just trying to sell themselves they were trying to sell the best solution for the customer, which is a sure-fire way to make that customer want to come back! Just really nice people!

Cruikshank Plumbing replaced galvanize pipes, hot water tank, outdoor spigot and a toilet. Their team members were super friendly. They introduced themselves and even shook my hand. Their work was top notch and they were right on estimate! Appreciate the help AND second floor shower pressure!

Superb company. We called them second, after another company sent a guy who tried to BS his way through a diagnosis of our (really old) Rinnai water heater. Cruikshank sent an experienced professional who definitely knew what he was doing. He cleaned it and charged us next to nothing. He also provided clear, well-informed explanations of what to expect with such an old unit. Later when we decided to replace the old unit, we called Cruikshank back. Again, they knowledgeably answered all our questions. and they did a perfect job of installing our new water heater. Despite some complications with the gas line, they stayed on budget as promised. A Rinnai installation is a very complex job but they way they did it is impressive, almost like a work of art. It's a pleasure to deal with true professionals.

Highly recommend!! I had to place a service call thinking I potentially had a major plumbing issue inside a wall in a bathroom. They were able to get to my house later in the afternoon to investigate. Turned out it was nothing major and they did a very thorough job. Very HONEST family owned company who stands behind their core values.

Cruickshank is the place to go for plumbing issues. Friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Avery repaired three different problems and leaks. Everything works now. Used Cruickshank in the past and always good work.

We have used Cruikshank for 3 different jobs now, hot water tank installation, bathtub faucet leak and a toilet installation. We will for sure use them again if another plumbing need comes up. They are always on time, polite and professional.

I have used Cruikshank's for all my plumbing needs over the past few years. This time I had some discolored water which I was worried meant I needed to replace my water softener. Deven came out, took a sample of water and was able to prove that my water softener was still working but with limited capacity. He recommended a product to clean the resin and tank and, after one regeneration, my water was crystal clear. There was NO charge from Cruikshank's. What great customer service!!

We have used this company multiple times and have always been happy with their work. The issue is throughly explained, pictures are taken of the issue/fix and the area where they worked is left clean. They will always be our first and only call for any plumbing issue.

Our sump pump gave out with little warning. Randy came out to look things over, and had all the equipment and parts necessary on the truck to replace the sump pump and some pipes. Excellent job, very professionally done. The final cost matched the pre-work estimate. Randy is a real pro, and I highly recommend the company!
