Starbucks

Stopped here during my coast-to-coast road trip and was delighted. The parking is ample, a huge plus for travelers. Staff are exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, is top-notch. It's spacious with comfortable seating, perfect for a quick break. Free WiFi and plenty of outlets are available for convenience. Highly recommend for both travelers and locals!

Nice environment and atmosphere. Glad to have this after stopped by near highway. Less order: in store. Long and wait order: drive-in - that is up to you. Just good tip of you order Starbucks app in advanced then pick up which is less quick than estimated time.
Great place and service!

I've lived in Pataskala for just about 4 years and have been going to this location since they opened. Everyone has ALWAYS been so friendly and they learn their regular's names and sometimes leave uplifting notes on the cups! I have never had to wait on a mobile order even if I placed it and immediately leave the house (I live a minute away). When my ordered is incorrect on very, very rare occasions it's always resolved with a smile. If I happen to not have a brain some mornings and mess up my own mobile orders and call to let them know they are always understanding. It's a great way to start my day and I hope this location's manager(s) and their employees know how great they are!

I pop into this Starbucks every now and then, as it’s on my way to work. My drinks are always made correctly (and deliciously). I wanted to write this review though because every time I go in, the staff is always so friendly and welcoming! Probably my favorite Starbucks to visit

Everyone is really friendly and happy. I love how fast I get my drinks and sometimes if they have time, they ask you about your day. It is really nice. Someone wrote on my cup today, “You’re Loved.” It really meant a lot and I think the little things like this matter! Thank you to whoever made my day!!!

I have Starbies a lot. This location is always friendly, quick, clean, and accurate. I have no complaints at all. I wish I could duplicate this location including the workers!!

This is the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for probably 20 years. I will go out of my way to go to the Etna location. They have the best customer service of any Starbucks I’ve ever visited & better than another other restaurant/coffee shop I’ve been to in years. EVERY staff member is kind, and upbeat & they are so efficient. Every other Starbucks in the area is a 20 minute wait minimum in the drive thru. We went through this weekend and as soon as we pulled up to the window they had all 4 of our drinks and food in a drink carrier ready to go! Kudos to management on running an amazing store & hiring the friendliest staff I’ve ever come across. It truly brightens my day every time I visit. Great job!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! There is nothing like coming to this Starbucks and feeling so welcoming. Everyone who works there is so helpful, professional, and personable. The positivity, cheerfulness, and enthusiasm are contagious! It truly makes my morning and the rest of my day! Keep up the good work, smiles, and attitude crew!!

This is the best Starbucks ever!!!!! I go here ever morning and im there 5 minutes max. Not only are they crazy fast but they make my drink perfect everytime, and there amazing employees make me leave with a smile on my face everytime, especially this girl with brown hair I wish I remembered her name, but they are the best and all need raises!! 💗💗

I stop here every day on the way to work, and my daughter and I usually go on the weekends. This is my favorite Starbucks ever ! They are so friendly my drinks are always made perfectly and the line ALWAYS moves fast ! I don’t think I’ve ever bet waited more than ten minutes and most of the time it’s less than 5!

My family and I don't go to Starbucks often. We consider it a special treat. But after a long busy day yesterday and another one ahead of me today, I decided to treat myself. So I stopped in on my way to work. Dead tired, cold, and still waking up but the girl working the window this morning really made my morning great. Her chipper attitude despite it being 5:30 am, and her soft care in telling me to stay warm made me tear up as I headed off for another hard day. It's the kind of hospitality and service we should all strive to give. So to the kind woman who made me a white chocolate pepermint latte, was excited to have coffee sleeves, and told me to stay warm, I hope you see this. And thank you, I came for a coffee, but I got the motivation to tackle the day. S+ Service.

This store has the nicest staff… they are always in a great mood and pleasant. They offer suggestions if they are out of something and give 5 star service.

The best Starbucks I've ever had the pleasure of patronizing. The lady taking the orders has the best disposition. She's friendly, professional, sweet, with clear communication skills. She kept the drive thru moving. My Cafe Misto was perfectly temped, flavored and balanced.

Superb Starbucks Store! Warm welcoming atmosphere and extremely enthusiastic staff who made us feel amazing from the second we walked inside! Keep up the positive vibs and contagious energy.
