My wife and I shopped at many hot tub stores, and many sellers reminded me of a used car salesman. Every spa they sell is, of course, the best, and if you don't do your homework, you might get a spa that looks good, but the guts are not. That all changed when we met Ralph at Spas Direct Inc. Ralph is the owner and has been in the spa business for decades; he’s highly knowledgeable. I did my homework, and I was prepared, but Ralph had all the correct answers. I not only respected the man because he was smart and had all my answers, but I believe we became friends. He was very professional and was easy to deal with. Ralph took the time to explain many details of spas in general to the one we purchased from him at Spas Direct. We bought the Artesian Platinum Elite, model Pelican Bay. Ralph personally delivered the hot tub and set it up. Ralph was fair to us and included many optional items in the sale. Overall, I highly recommend Spas Direct Inc. and only talk to Ralph, the owner; he explains the details and is not assertive but understanding and will not push you in any direction. In the end, he's a terrific guy that you want to call your friend!!!!!!!!

Just got my first hot tub. It is used and I needed some help. I am a DIY person and have to say the over the phone assistance and ability to walk me through problems was exemplary. I needed parts and had them in two days. Highly recommended in my book.

The level of service that comes with a hot tub purchase from Ralph (Spas Direct) is next level! I purchased an Artesian Spa from Ralph 2 years ago. We had a power outage that caused the circulating motor sensors to malfunction causing the heater to not function. I called Ralph on a Friday evening and within 2 hours he was at our house in the dark, and freezing cold fixing the hot tub. When I first purchased the hot tub, Ralph told me “when you buy from me I am going to be the person that goes the extra mile to make sure you are always taken care of.” He wasn’t kidding, we need more businesses and people like him to exist. Thanks Ralph for always taking care of us!!

Bought our spa here two years ago. Ralph has provided great service. Says what he will do and follows through. Had a couple issues with the spa which he took care of promptly and thoroughly. I can recommend Spas Direct.

We bought our hot tub from spa direct four years ago. Started having some issues . Ralph talked to us several times on the phone & talked us through things to try. He was very patient with us & was always willing to help us through this issue. We figured out the problem with Ralph’s help & him ordering us the right parts. Our hot tub is now working great! Would definitely recommend spa direct. Ralph doesn’t forget about you after the sell!

Originally went in after my hot tub wouldn’t heat, frustrated and ready to buy a new one. Ralph took the time to help me diagnose the issue, walked me through the steps, and ordered me the part I needed. No pressure or upselling, only helpfulness. While fixing the first switch issue, a heating element issue arose. I called Ralph, sent some pictures and stopped by to pick up the part. Again, he made sure I understood the installation process and was beyond helpful! My hot tub is now up and running after a month of trial and error and waiting to schedule other service techs elsewhere! I cannot stress enough to go see Ralph at Spas Direct for any needs!

My wife and I visited Spas Direct as we were beginning our search for a hot tub. They had pivoted their showroom to hold in hand inventory. The alternative was placing an order and waiting months. While there were only a few models available, we were able to find one we loved, and it was delivered in less than a week! The spa was delivered in excellent condition and was ready to be filled immediately for use. We have now been using it for almost two weeks and couldn’t be happier with the final product and service received from Spas Direct!

Wow what can I say. Ralph May you are a great guy and run a top notch company! There are many business owners that could learn a lot from you! My wife and I were in the market for a hot tub. Once we stopped and talk to Ralph there were no other options! We have never owned a hot tub. Ralph walked us through everything. Hot tub is great! Family time is awesome with our new tub! Ralph has been a true professional. We needed our hot tub fixed right away and Ralph not only came out next day, he was able to address our issues and get the right parts even faster than he originally thought. He has been very honest and provided us not only with expert advise, but also has done everything he committed to do. When other vendors did not want to come out to fix my hot tub, Ralph really came through.

Ralph is just an all around great guy... My husband and I bought cabin rentals in Hocking Hills October 2018. Each of our units has a hot tub. We had no experience with hot tubs other than to enjoy relaxing in one. Soon after purchase of the property we had our first problem with one of our hot tubs. My husband called Spas Direct and Ralph came to our rescue. Ralph took our phone calls on both Saturday and Sunday to help try and pinpoint the problem. We figured it out with great instruction from Ralph. Anytime we are having a problem we call him for his expertise and great advice. Ralph gives the kind of service that every business should. Ralph has given us instruction far more valuable than the amount of money he has made from us.

Ralph is awesome, total professional all the way around. We bought our spa the week before Christmas off the floor, and he pulled some strings and was able to get it delivered and running by Christmas for us. Every step of the way he has been there for us and is the epitome of what should be customer service. I had a hot tub growing up and I can tell you from experience, the hot tubs they sell at Spas Direct are very well-built and put together.

There is insulation all the way around and the ozone machine and led lights came standard on ours along with the cover, and we use was fewer chemicals than my previous hot tubs did. I have not noticed any difference in my electricity either. I ran into a problem which was my fault by not being used to well water and again Ralph was on top of it as he truly cares about his customers and builds life long customers, not just a one time sale.

With Spas direct you are getting a top of the line spa at a great price and something that will last you for years to come with them being a phone call away even years from now. Beware of some of these people that try to sell you a cheap spa at a "great deal". They fall apart as my friends have learned the hard way. Spend a little more and get the real deal from a true professional and honest business man!

PS. Buy the steps and the cover assist as they are well worth it ;)

All future business relating to my hot tub will be going here! Ralph is hands down one of the nicest guys I think I’ve ever “met”/talked to. I place the “met” in quotations because we never actually met in person. However, when I could not find the part under my hot tub, that he was trying to walk me through fixing, he offered to FaceTime me from his personal phone in order to ensure I had what I needed! Oh, and hey by the way, I’ve never purchased anything from this store. It’s extremely rare to find such caring, kind-hearted people in the world these days, but this location has an employee who is one of them - his name is Ralph. Something else Ralph didn’t know about when I called... My father passed away in November. He was the person I called for anything and everything plumbing. This was the first phone call I was going to have to make, asking for plumbing advice, from someone other than my dad. It took me three times just to dial out the call! When the gentleman on the other end of the phone ended up WANTING to help me, it made the call that much easier. I cried after that first call, but not because I was broken down, because I was lifted up at the thought of my dad sending someone my way that he KNEW would help me, just like he used to...

The service after the sale is unmatched!!! They have helped many many times with issues 3 years after I made the purchase. This company goes above and beyond for its customers. Ralph always takes great care of his customers. If your looking for a hot tub, you must shop here first!

Shopped at this location the other day. The owner was great. I was looking for a seal which he did not have but he gave some good information regarding my older hot tub motor and helped me identify the pump model. I picked up some jet clean which was cheaper than amazon's price.

My spa was having issues, went in to talk to Ralph. He suggested a possible way to fix it in my own, it worked. Honest and knowledgeable is how to describe this place!

Spas Direct saved me after an unethical spa company attempted to charge me $500 more for a motor than it actually sold for. The owner was so nice, super honest and did high quality work. If you call a spa company in the area and you ask them if they guarantee their work and they say no, hang up! Do your self a favor and call honest people who really know their stuff. I’ll only use Spas Direct from now on.

I have used Spas Direct for pump replacement and this time for a breaker that was tripping. Rob spent probably a good hour or more on the phone with me helping to troubleshoot with "try this and now try that" so we could isolate the issue.. Saved me money on a service call, I asked what I owed and he said nothing but a request to continue to use them for future issues. Definitely will!

Spas Direct is great local business serving the Pataskala and Pickerington area of Central Ohio. We called them for a repair, and they were extremely timely in answering our call, getting the necessary part, and getting it installed. Ralph and the office staff are wonderful to deal with, and the resulting repairs to our hot tub have been fantastic. They will take great care of you. I highly recommend Spas Direct!
