Little Caesars Pizza

I think everyone who were working there on 1/12/24 deserve a raise. My wife and I decided to grab pizza from the Granville street location, fully aware that this location is usually really busy but we were prepared to wait. When I went inside the staff were scrambling and the poor kid who took my order looked exhausted. I was told that my order would likely take an hour and I was fine with that, it was only slightly longer than what I was expecting anyway. I stepped out for about 20 minutes before coming back to find their lobby packed.

Never in my life have I seen a group of service workers attacked and belittled like I did that night. Every single person who was there with only a few exceptions should be ashamed of how they acted over $5 pizza. Despite this, the employees tried to shrug off the insults, profanity, and screaming and focus on getting food made and out of the door.

There was a young woman who took over at the counter and started to get the situation under control. I wish I had gotten her name when I was given my order because she deserves a lot of praise and recognition for her customer service and ability to keep her cool under pressure.

Little Caesar's corporate, if not the franchise owners, are completely failing their staff and clearly allowing too many online orders to come in. Only so many pizzas can be made per hour. Period. These poor workers are set up for failure and deserve better. Also, people of Newark, you have got to get it together. Screaming at people who are working hard doesn't get you your order any faster.

I had my usual thin crust pep, and cheese. And some barbecue wings. Very good, the only real complaint I have about Little Caesars in Newark Ohio is the parking lot is too small for all the business they do at night. During the weekends you might as well forget parking in the lot. Other than that they do a great job with everything .

I have been to multiple Little Caesar’s pizza parlors- and yet I am continually impressed with the level of high quality pizza that these guys deliver. Even with the small detail of a single piece of green pepper on our cheese pizza EVERYTIME, totally love that calling-card. The delivery is always on time and accurate. Employees are friendly. What more can you ask for when you get a $5 pizza (inflation proof?)

The automated pizza locker system is very interesting. I love how it keeps track of the name and order number. You just type in a 3 digit code awesome.

I had to wait 40 minutes for my pizzas but it was definitely worth the wait. The pretzel crust with cheese sauce is truly amazing!!!!! Please whatever you do make sure you keep the menu year-round. Again truly amazing! Keep up the great work.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Pretty good pizza for an amazing price. I order online and just pick it up from the oven. The only reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is the stink eye I get from people waiting in line when I walk by, punch in my code, and walk right back out.

It's always busy, but I have never had any trouble getting in and out. I do have a plus family member works there.

A big, great tasting pizza for $6! You can't beat it. We went in and ordered 4 pizzas and probably waited 10- 15 minutes at the most and they brought them out to our car. Not the greatest neighborhood, but staff and service are great!

Very slow for door dashers and little parking space. very good food overall and decent service.

This location is the only one around the Newark/Heath area, they are typically extremely busy! If you go in and are an observant person you can clearly see they are doing the best they can! I have personally witnessed customers who were just outright rude to them. I have ordered a hot and ready pizza and had to wait 25 minutes. But with how much business they do they do a great job.

The customer service representative was very friendly and offered to make a fresh hot and ready pepperoni pizza to be served at the same time our order of crazy bread would be coming out of the oven. Great price, always good!

Never hot and ready as advertised but great food. Try working on your promise to be hot n ready and your business will make better profits guaranteed..

Stopped in as a last minute fast meal for 4 grandkids and 3 adults. Daddy in hospital momma with him. Worked for me didn't have to cook...lucky kids. Ordered several pizzas and they brought them out to me.

Great pizza and other yummies that won't empty your purse or wallet to feed your family. You can place an order by calling ahead, using their app or just walking in and they probably have what you wanted already and it's fresh from their oven. The parking lot is small but you can find a spot on the street beside the restaurant.

Probably one of the best little ceasers around when it comes to how they treat their customers. It was raining and we ordered extra cheese so had a 15 minute wait but they made up for it by bringing our pizza and bread sticks to the car. I live in Columbus and the stores out here do not care about the customers. I'd almost gladly drive to Newark just for their service.

The hot n fresh pizzas n crazy bread in Newark, Ohio was exactly as its named... hot n ready... not like Miami, Oklahoma's hard crazy bread n chewy pizze crust...

Good if looking for a quick pizza. Not bad for the price

I absolutely love the food. The slogan Hot n' Ready I understood in the past but now it seems that every time I try to buy a Hot n' Ready pizza there aren't any made. And it's about a 15 - 20 minute wait. But the wait is worth it because the food is so amazing and I love it.

Great service and patient employees. And individual verbally abused them repeatedly and even assaulted another customer in the parking lot. They made sure to call the police to ensure the safety of everyone. They made sure everyone received their food, and continued to work diligently. They were very patient and acted professionally the whole time.

4 min wait , parking lot stuffed like the crust they serve up, 8 humans in line ahead of me, out with fresh hot #PizzaPizza less than 300 seconds.

Way faster if you're not a high maintenance pizza consumer.
