I'll tell you what, out of all the places I've been for upgrades on my 2017 Ford f 250 super duty , Trails West is by far the best truck / jeep accessories store out there! From the time I walked in, employees were so quick to ask what I needed and went ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of me. Professional, and excellent prices as well. Not only that, they were so fast to do the work and I got my truck back in no time. I've gotten at least 8 compliments on it already . I still can't believe how great this store is.

Brandon and the team replaced my Penstar 3.6 with a remanufactured Penstar plus an Edelbrock Super Charger. Worked amazing on and off the road! Trails West will be taking care of my future Jeep needs.

Ryan, Brandon, Mitch, Bill, Lucas, and the guys in the back are TOP NOTCH! They'll do anything they can for their customers and make sure their customers are satisfied 100% which is the reason they've been around so long! They have done at least 15 vehicles for us, many for our employees, and for friends and family. It's definitely worth going to as we drive 40+ minutes one way to get there.

Trails West is the best accessory store around for both trucks and cars. Every set of weathertech floor liners I've bought have been through them. They can get them usually in a day, save shipping cost and they're usually less than the weathertech website. I also bought a dash cover for my old 2000 Ram and it was perfect. They are the best around! Any accessories I need I go here.

A custom vehicle place right up the road from us was overcharging by at least a grand, in my opinion, to install a lift on my wife's Jeep. I reached out to Trails West and spoke with Ryan for a few weeks to discuss pricing of a lift install and speedometer calibration. Ryan provided different options and pricing tiers. After choosing an option, scheduling was very easy.

Come install day, we drove approximately 45 minutes to their location and spent the day around the area while they performed all the work for us. The end result was amazing as the Jeep looks great and the cost was very reasonable. The team at Trails West made the entire experience a great one and I'd recommend their business to anyone looking for custom vehicle work. Check them out... it's worth the extra drive time.

They did an outstanding job lifting and putting new tires on my Jeep. They took their time and made sure everything was tested before we drove off. They have better pricing than others. Will recommend them to everyone!

Ryan and his team have always been professional and experienced. We don’t go anywhere else for our tires and accessories.

Great place to have quality work done. Dropped the truck off at 9am Friday morning for a level install along with a new UCA, some new rear shocks and spacer, and had it back by 5 the same day. It would have been sooner but they had an issue with the rear spacer I provided (No wrongdoing on their end, just needed trimmed to get it to fit. I appreciate the transparency/honesty that they ran into an issue instead of just saying "oh yeah its going fine no issues at all") Super happy with the work, everything looks to be installed well and I havent had any issues. They offer a free torque check at 500 miles for all the installed parts, which is nice. Friendly, humorous staff, and nice waiting area to hang out in. Pricing was super fair as well, much better than a huge chain store that would probably jack something up or install the shocks upside down (seen it happen) These guys know lifted vehicles and would highly recommend!
