Love the food but ..I keep getting orders with missing items, milkshakes,drinks napkins an dipping sauces an straws.

I don't eat much fast food, but they're way better than most. Their fries 🍟 you can't go wrong. I had the baconzilla always a go-to in my book.

Pretty good food. Tho the robot taking the orders isn't very good sometimes, I would prefer an actual person.

Saturday 11/4, we ordered at the drive thru. This Rallys uses a computer AI to take your order. It’s a little weird but the order was accurate. At the window, we were created by Kyndra. She saw the expression on my face and said “i know, I can’t explain it” concerning the AI order taking. Made me bust out laughing. Thank you for making my day! 😁

Drove thru because I was craving the Rally fries. Was a quick drive thru and the fries did not disappoint.
Cannot complain. No notes. Kudos.

These people need to get paid more i am a regular and if they mess up my order they 💯 make it right they are short staffed and still manage to be personable will continue to be a loyal customer

The food was good, but the ordering was terrible. They were out of some things and it was early in the evening .

The girl with the red hair is a sweetie if you got to speak with her you are lucky!

I got a rally burger and was unaware you had to request cheese on it. Nor did the person who took my order ask if I wanted it. However it was an okay sandwich.

My husband and I got the two for $11 combo. We both got the crunchy mother cruncher and it is amazing

Fresh, fast, and accurate. The GM was working the window at 1am and was professional and polite. I'll be back.

I'm not a big fastfood guy but I do like Rally's on occasion. You get a nice size sandwich and the fries are yummy. A little expensive but what isn't anymore.

They actually got very good service at night food was excellent

The current manager truly impressed me today. Very friendly and helpful. I have avoided this location for months. Food was hot and fresh with no wait time. After today's visit and the pleasant experience, I will be back soon.

First time ever eating at Rallys and the food was AWESOME. Would definitely recommend eating there anytime you are hungry.

Used to stop hear a lot when I worked in the area. The drive through is usually very busy but the line moves quickly. The food is always hot and tasty. They get the order right the first time. I would recommend this establishment over most other Rally's in the area
