Needing a lawyer is never going to be a great experience, no matter who you pick. Joel has been there when I needed him most, and the very first time I called, without even meeting him, he assisted as if he were in my shoes. While legal matters and justice are difficult in and of itself, there is not a lot people can do about the legal system, Joel does do his upmost, and then some. Would I say he's perfect, you will win your case, it will all be easy, justice will be served, the outcome will be equal, fair, and understanding, the wrong doer's will pay, you will be vindicated? Maybe if Joel were a judge, and the legal system was flawless, but if you want someone that will fight for that end, he will. He can help with many divisions of law from business, to divorce, to custody, and is fairly reasonable in price comparatively.

Everything happens for a reason. For me specifically Joel was the man for the job. He has a great rapport in my particular judges courtroom. Very reasonably priced and he works with you from start to finish. God forbid I need an attorney again I will call Joel Deutch.

I, along with other members of my family, have used Mr. Deutch many many times for a wide variety of issues. To be 100% honest with anyone who may read this while searching for an attoryney, your search should stop here. I would never reccommend ANY other attorney for any reason. Mr. Deutch has provided a service each and every time that, in my personal opinion, is worth far more than the money we've paid. I have met countless lawyers from all walks of life, and i have dealt with all sorts of legal proceedings unfourtunately, and i promise you that you WILL NOT EVER find another attorney like Joel Deutch. Joel is a fighter, flat out, and he cares about the outcome of his cases. He is committed to getting you the lowest possible punishment allowed by law, as he has done for me on more than one occassion. I have also had several other lawyers represent me for other matters and i regret deeply that i wasted my money with them, but i did not know joel at the time. He has represented me, and my family members in criminal and cival matters and i swear to you all that i could not be more pleased with the outcome of the cases. Joel knows what the minimum punishment is for your situation, and he will not stop until he accomplishes that for you...You know how when your in a courtroom and its odd when you start to notice all the lawyers and judges and prosecutors know each other very well, golf and eat lunch regularly together? yea, well Joel is not like that. It's not a popularity contest for him, or a social event, or anything of that nature and you can tell. He has a fiery personality, he is very intelligent, and i honestly feel like he truely cares about me and what is going on when i have spoke with him, everytime. seriously, if i could rate him 100 stars, i would all day. He is a great guy, and he cares about his clients and that is just something you dont run across often in the world of attorneys. most attorneys want your money, and they tell you to take the first offer that the courts present to you. That wont happen with him, he will not allow a client to take something they dont deserve, like i said he has a fiery personality, and he does not quit, he will not give up on you, he is very easy to contact and does not mind when you call him to ask questions about this or that or whatever the case may be. he makes himself readily available for you, and im sorry but whoever wrote these other reviews...you guys could not be more wrong, or maybe you just dont have a competant understanding of the way the justice system works in our country. For me personally, there is no one else. And everyone in my family strongly agrees, he has made us more than happy over the 10 or so years we have had the relationship we have with each other, i regularly reccommend him to people in need of a good attorney, and he does not rape you on fees. sure its not free, but i once spent 25,000 dollars on a retainer for scott croswell, and i spoke to him 3 total times in a 9 month case. when my charges were dismissed mr. crosswell did not even let me know they were dismissed. Joel is truely one of a kind and a dying breed in the world of attorneys, im sorry for writing a book, but when i read the reviews i felt it neccessary to speak the truth and come to his defense because i feel like he would do the same thing for me, he really is a great guy and i just cant see using anyone else in the unfortunate event you need to hire an attorney....Just stay out of trouble and you wont have to worry about it, but if you do, please do yourself a favor and give this man a call, go in for an appointment and talk to him, i guarentee you will not agree with the previous reviews.

Joel has always been punctual and responsive. He has helped me through some tough parenting and custody issues throughout the years. I always know I can count on Joel.
