Watson's of Cincinnati | Hot Tubs, Furniture, Pools and Billiards

My wife and I met Logan Fox from Watsons's at the Cincinnati Home and Garden Show 2024. I was quite impressed with his knowledge of hot tubs both what he sold and other manufacturers. He spent maybe 30 minutes with us explaining the hot tubs and features that went along with them. Because we spoke with a few different vendors on quite a few different hot tubs we were still a little confused and decided to schedule an appointment with Logan the following week. Again, he was incredibly helpful, answered all of our repeat questions and then some. I also spent a few hours touring the manufacturing plant on their website, watching and reading reviews on YouTube and Google and we decided to go with the one he had recommended, Hot Springs Pulse. Contacted him today and put down a deposit. In closing I have to say it was a true pleasure working with Logan and Watson's. I highly recommend asking for this gentleman or calling ahead to schedule an appointment with him if you're thinking about a hot tub in the future. He also shared with me contact information of an electrician that will not only wire for the hot tub that will fill the hot tub and get us started. Thanks again Logan for making our decision so easy.

I am impressed with the indoor furniture assortment, quality and pricing at Watson’s. I was also impressed with Pat who was extremely knowledgeable about all the pieces I was interested in for my living room remodel. She completely understood what I wanted and had great suggestions on the pieces, colors
and fabrics to pull it all together. She has a great eye for design. She created a scaled layout of the room and sent me pictures and details of all the furniture we were considering. She went above and beyond in every step of the process. She gave me updates even on her days off! It was a fun and easy buying experience. I can’t wait to get my new furniture and I’ll definitely be buying additional furniture from Watson’s and Pat! I will gladly share my experience and huge appreciation for Pat’s knowledge, talent and commitment to my total satisfaction with all my friends and family.

David at Watson’s promptly greeted us as we entered the store asking us how he could help. He directed us to the gas ventless fireplaces and answered all our questions. He was never pushy and never came across as a “typical sales person”. We ended up purchasing the next day, and completed the transaction over the phone. It was smooth and very convenient. I would highly recommend Watson’s! Ask for David Cotes!

Had my Hot Springs Grandee Hot Tub delivered today. The service team at Watson’s is first class. The delivery team was respectful and careful of my property and provided great attention to detail. They were thorough and made sure all of our questions were answered and we were 100% satisfied. We look forward to years of enjoyment. Thanks to the entire Watson’s team!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of furniture available. The prices were comparable and better than other places we shopped. We bought from Watson’s and can’t wait to get our furniture! Deanna Doyle was our salesperson and was very nice and knowledgeable. Even helped us decide on fabric based on cats in the house.

Watsons is top of the line. Keith was great! He was patient, listened to our wants and git us the perfect hot tub, we did not feel obligated. My rep, Dave Cotes has been excellent. I never felt like he was "selling" me anything. I felt he was a great source of info for my questions. He has been patient, friendly and beyond helpful. Excellent buying experience!!!!

I stopped in to look at massage chairs. I was able to try out several and then Debbie stopped by and recommended I try a chair I had not yet tried. It was amazing. Debbie was super helpful and great to work with. I will definitely ask for her in my future purchases.

Very knowledgeable sales personnel - Debbie and MC. Good selection in all price ranges. Looking for recliner that looks like regular furniture but has features of recliner. Went with Flex Steel recliner.

Every moment of the time i thank you Watson,s to sell for me this incredible pool that relaxing, it make me happy and satisfy the decision I take to buy the pool from you guys. It was only one way bike I come to you. I never have a problem with support the customer service that is helpful if you call or if you go the people, they have special care and treatment to serve you you go out smiling and satisfied with your service I never disappoints. Deanna Doyle assisted me in finding an occasional chair and coordinating side table. Her knowledge of merchandise was exceptional and she tirelessly walked the store with me to show me possible pairings. I felt that she really took the time to read me as a customer and my satisfaction was her top priority. I will definitely ask for her by name when I shop again and would highly recommend her to anyone else who is looking for a great shopping experience.

We have a difficult driveway to access and the team came prepared! They handled it without issue and the installation was very professional and efficient.

I stopped in the schedule a delivery for furniture we bought for our basement. Debbie was very helpful with that. Then we spoke about getting some drink tables for the end of our couch. She showed me multiple tables until I found what we were looking for. I really appreciate the professionalism and none pressure sales that she gave me.

Our salesman Frank was informative, did not hover while we looked, and made the application process so quick! The team that came to deliver was earlier than expected but they were efficient and mindful, respectful and supportive! We will definitely purchase here again, great prices and friendly staff.

I had a wonderful experience buying a sofa from Deanna. She was knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I was assaulted or pressured when I walked into the store. Deanna approached me only when it looked as if I had a question to ask, which I did. She listened, processed and let me lead, but she did guide. A really fantastic experience
