So I don’t usually go with company’s that go door to door. But they showed up offering pest control at the exact time my wife and I were talking about it, the price was reasonable and the info was solid, so I signed up. 3 years later we still have them and still use them, and they do excellent work.

If the ants get too bad in the spring/summer they come back and treat again without question or any extra fee, they will come in and treat if we are around and want them to, and they communicate very well. Price is still very reasonable, too. M very happy with their service!

Cory was knowledgeable about our mice problem and put my mind at ease with my many questions. He set up numerous traps and also found where they were coming in at. I am happy with the service that was provided and excited to get these mice out of here. Highly recommend!

Sean is polite, communicative, and explains things well. He also remembers from one treatment to the next the items that are of concern and is good about following up on those. I live in a wooded neighborhood and have very few insect sightings since I started using Aptive!

Our service provider Gabby sent us a detailed description of what she inspected, treated, and how for the work she did on each of our appointments. I appreciate her also always including photos for locations of treatments. She is very upbeat, positive, thorough and professional communicator. Very knowledgeable as well. I started using this service a few years ago. I was skeptical. Since then there is a huge improvement in the number of insects making their way into my 1890 house. In the winter there hasn’t been any mice coming in thanks to the bait they set outside. I haven’t had the mosquitoes in the summer that use to keep me from enjoying my deck. They also treat my next door neighbors yard so I'm sure that also helps. The price is fair for what they do.

Sean was great. He was thorough and quick. Let me more exactly what he was doing and sent us a report of what was done. He even put our trash cans back for us. He went above and beyond

We are extremely pleased with Aptive Pest Control. Sean is so professional and keeps you informed on when he is coming, what to expect, when he arrives at your home and pictures of the services he does at your home. Also, the customer service is always a pleasant experience!!

Rob was my technician today. He took the time to listen and address the issues I was having. He also did a great job explaining the treatment process and what to expect. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and attentiveness.

Always a great experience - timely, efficient, and professional. They have kept my home bug free for YEARS! They even came out to remove a hornets nest without charging me extra!
