This was my first time doing business with a Honda dealership. Not only was I pleased with my car but the sales representative,Paul Finn was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He went out of his way to help me find the right car and not only that, he has been available for any questions or concerns since then.
Since this last review, I went and bought another car from Paul and his crew and I left satisfied and with the feeling I couldn’t get a better deal anywhere else. Great vehicles, great people who do great business.
I would recommend Paul Finn and Jeff Wyler Honda to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Service was second to none.

I bought a car from Matt Lynn, and he was terrific. I traveled from out of state to purchase the car and experienced no surprises when I arrived at the dealership. Matt was friendly, helpful, and straight with me--with no pressure to add on purchases to the car. He offered to sit with me in the car to go over all the features, but I had to leave for another appointment.

I had a great experience this past week when I purchased my Honda Pilot Sport! I had the pleasure of working with Matt Lynn and he went above and beyond to help me get my car. I purchased it last Friday knowing it was “in transit” and should be arriving within the week. I probably drove him crazy with the back and forth text messages, but he was great about consistently checking in and giving me updates. I picked up my new car yesterday and I absolutely love it!! Buying a new vehicle is mostly an exciting process but it can also be daunting. Jeff Wyler has a large team, sells high volume, and advertises some great savings online. My recommendation would be to come in with a plan of action. Be prepare to assess your needs on if you would like to purchase additional protection and maintenance plans. These will be offered to you. You’ll have the OPTION to purchase paint and fabric protection, which for the right customer could be a nice addition to the purchase. That said, be discerning on what you need and don’t be afraid to say no to something you don’t need or want or didn’t expect. Some vehicles have certain accessories that can’t be taken off. No problem, ask to see another vehicle without the address accessories if desired. I bought a 2024 Honda Ridgeline which is a GREAT vehicle and I am happy with the ultimate outcome of my sales experience.

I cannot thank Matt and Byron enough for their patience and the lengths they went to help us. My son has been looking for a Dodge Challenger for months. He’s had two slip through his fingers and left feeling disappointed.

When he showed me one at Jeff Wyler I reached out and connected with Matt. I was expecting a brush off since we are out of state. However, that was not the case at all. He sent us videos, answered every question, and even offered to pick us up at the airport should we decide to come see it in person.

Well, we did travel to see it. Matt and Byron stayed in contact with us the whole time and even had the car staged out front and running when we arrived.

I have purchased cars in the past from Dante Goetz and he has never steered me wrong. He is incredibly professional, kind, extremely helpful, asks specific questions to determine needs vs wants, and budget. He has always gone above and beyond to help find the best car for my family. The salesman we had the pleasure of working with when we went in was Bobby Grigsby. By the time we came into Jeff Wyler we had been looking for a vehicle to purchase for about 3 months, so we weren't very hopeful. Bobby wasn't pushy and he followed our lead, which I think more salesman should do. We ended up looking at a new Honda Passport and after the test drive started talking numbers. Let me first say we had financing before we even walked in the door and I was totally against ANYONE running my husband's credit. Well let me say that when these people tell you that they can get you a better APR they probably can. My husband has excellent credit and we have been with our bank for over 15 years and they beat our bank. My husband's credit wasn't ran a million times like you hear the horror stories about. In the end we did end up leasing because we received an even better APR and that is thanks to Trevor who i believe is Bobbys boss. Even their financing guy and I apologize cause his name escapes me but he was great as well. The whole team over there is fantastic. You will not be disappointed if you go over there. They definitely know how to take care of people.

First car purchase for my son. We were pleased with the final outcome on negotiations. It was a pleasure to work with all sales representatives, sales and store managers including finance department. Specifically Rod, Dante, Trevor and Chris.

It's been 5 months or so now. The ridgeline has performed flawlessly. It's a professional truck used primarily for onsite service work and installations. A cap and aluminum side box has been installed. A custom full length 2 drawer pull out truck box is in the works right now.

The ridgeline has been put through its paces. It's done all I have asked of it. It's hauled people and materials up and down the east coast. At 20,000 miles it still as good as the day I drove it off the lot.

Also to give a shout out to Honda for bringing innovation, creativity and reliability to the table! People often asked why a Ridgeline for a truck? The answer comes thoughtlessly and effortlessly: "It's the only truck Honda makes".

My experience was great. i recently went to jeff wyler colerain looking for my first car. Both my mom & i were looking for cars. As soon as we walked in, Ryan greeted us and was ready & happy to help. He was great, very nice, honest & he made us feel like family! He helped me pick my first car, a Honda Civic 2019. Dante Goetz was extremely helpful in the process of mine and Tyrone’s car buying experience. We were able to test drive and eventually drive a car straight off the show room floor. What a great experience. Wanted to get an extended warranty on Honda I just purchased after leasing for 3 years. I contacted Joe Lucas at Jeff Wyler Honda and inquired about my options. He was overly professional and friendly and told me they had exactly what I needed. I stopped by an hour later, he was just as pleasant and helpful as he was on the phone. I just want to thank Joe and Jeff Wyler for the outstanding service and I am sure I will be a customer again in the future.

Can't really complain. Got a 23 Civic Hatchback lx for my oldest son. Price was good. Be sure to read over your contract closely when you sign. You know, extended warranty etc. Would buy from them again. Be prepared to wait for something you want in stock. Inventory is always low post COVID.

Jayson Lopez and his sales manager Dantae were very helpful during our car purchase! They were kind and professional throughout the entire process. They also made an amazing effort to help us with trading in our old car for the newer model and were so considerate and understanding.
