In the 8 years I've used the pharmacy at this location, I've never had a problem. In fact, I opt to get my (many) meds through them instead from the mail-order place provided by my insurance because I appreciate the personal care Walgreens puts in to fill prescriptions rapidly and Door Dash or deliver by Fed Ex (I don't drive any more). They always notify me by email when they're ready. There's one employee in particular, Paige, who takes care of me in a consistently personable and personal way. She's the main reason I wouldn't consider going to the impersonal mail-order place.

Wonderful experience today in Deer Park drive thru pharmacy. Took them 2 minutes to get my 6 rxs that were ready. gentleman tech was very friendly. Unlike norwoods you get mouthy techs and literally taking 10 mins just to ck out 3 rx that were already ready. Deer Park the place to go. Didnt have to wait in line long.

This Pharmacy location is awesome. My insurance make me use Walgreens and I've had issues with other locations. This one is great, they do what they say they ate going to.

Did a great job with our flu and covid shots. There was a family with kids who were scared and they were very soothing and helpful!

It is clean and well organized and the staff there are friendly too. Witch is the best part, and I also get my prescriptions there too and the pharmacy staff is friendly too. Thanks, Walgreens, for being so friendly and attentive for what you and y I ur staff do.

Good experience getting Flu and COVID test--results in 15 min.

Walgreens at the Dillonvale Shopping Center was a pleasure to shop. The entire store was clean, well stocked and the staff was pleasant. The shelves were neat and displayed attractively with care. 98% of all items sold in the store were available. The refrigerated wall was also well stocked, had quality items displayed and when opening the doors, it smelled clean. All food items were easily found, shelves were attractive and quality items were reasonably priced. Not one product that I found at Walgreens at the Dillonvale Shopping Center was priced higher than other retailers throughout the Cincinnati area. Many quality items were on sale. This Walgreens is one of Walgreens top-notch stores. Great experience, quality products.

Caitlyn was the sweetest, and so helpful. She helped price match an item they didnt have two of (for a buy 2 get % off), and had good recommendations for me on their other products. I'll definitely come back here again!!

Pharmacy very helpful to get prescriptions transferred. Scripts ready quickly.
