Ms. Anita on the evening crew is the best! I came in 30 minutes to closing needing an item that I didn’t know was locked. She stopped what she was working on to assist me and was extremely friendly about it-which is rare these days. She deserves a raise! You can tell she has an overall amazing work ethic

022724 Went thru the drive thru to pick up a script. Iris, the pharmacist, waited on me. She always does a great job. My script wouldn't fit in the carrier that runs thru the tube. I offered to come I & get it but she went above & beyond to help me & brought it out to my car to me. That was an extra special effort & was much appreciated!

Call me a country girl but this is not a Walmart this is a mall...!!! It reminded me of a mall my Walmart better step up there game even the shelving was better at this store it was cleaner ...... If it was closer this would be my new Walmart

The Walmart at 10240 colerain.. is by far the best place to shop! The staff all work well together... Are very courteous and kind... The entire visit is always pleasant... Everyone greets and says hi! Want to send out a special kudos to "Amber" she went above and beyond with her excellent service... Thank you to the staff at this location... This is the only Walmart that I will ever shop at!!!! ❤👍🥰

I visited Colerain Valvoline yesterday while coming back from Cinci to Oxford, for my 2009 red Town Country around 7 pm. I was amazed by the welcoming behavior of the staff though they were going to close in 30 minutes but they looked like morning fresh. I was in the middle lane and the guy there treated me very well. I wish I could remember his name. He helped me with everything and he cut a good deal for me because I wanted to be within my budget. I couldn't thank him properly so I thought I may write a review.

We went for 3 items and found all three. Of course, we found a few other things as well. The lines were a little backed up but when we got to check out. It went quick.

The manager Dom in the customer service department was amazing. I watched him help several customers before me and he was very professional, clam, and extremely helpful. My company needed a receipt from a month ago and without hesitation Dom did everything he could to find it for me. I was very impressed with his professionalism and management skills.

Ms MeeMee makes my visit to the bakery awesome. Every time I need something wrote very sweet lady. And I love her hand writing. This is the second cake I’ve got her to Write ✍ on.

I was turned down at the cash center for the amount I needed and Woodland Bank seen it and stepped in. Bless them it was an emergency.

I bought 2 new tires and they were installed in near record time! Clean changing rooms and I found everything that I was looking for!

Walmart is always great to me and they are my go-to one stop shopping store or Center!!!

I bought a tire from the tire area two days ago and got one for a good price (around $60); ended up getting a flat on a different tire and came back and Robert helped me so much by giving me a brand new tire for half the price because it was never picked up. I appreciate the great customer service and help Robert. Thanks so much!

Even though it was busy the customer service was good workers pleasant and helpful.

It's been awhile since I've been in a Walmart that was clean and provided good service, but this location did both. In addition to providing a good selection, the employees asked if we needed assistance and offered advice when overhearing discussions about products. If more Walmarts were run like this, I'd go to Walmart more often. We even got to see an example of the people of Walmart with a woman wearing skintight tan leotard that showed off all her bits.

I found everything I was looking for! Thanks to the Associates that provided directions to the items! I normally don't like Walmart but I'm changing!

They always have parakeet needs. Unlike Kroger they have cuttle bones to sharpen the beaks
