Walgreens

I needed photos printed from my phone so I came to the Walgreens Photo Center. Aaron, who works in the photo center was fantastic! I haven't had this level of customer service in a long time. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. As a staff member, I observed him offering to help the front register staff member in addition to his own duties. He is flexible, helpful, courteous and has the ability to multitask.

Thank you to I believe her name is mia in the pharmacy. She went above and beyond to try and help me get my prescription insurance figured out. She was extremely helpful. And it upset her that I had to pay full price for my medicine. Which shouldn’t of really cost anything. Thank you again!!!! It shows that you guys really care about your customers.

I called about my sons Epi- pen which was about to expire. They were out of his Epi- Pen. The pharamacist said there was one in Maineville. I felt a little overwhelmed by having to make it there to pick it up that evening. Without any hesitation, she said she lived near Maineville and could get it for me and bring it into work tomorrow. What kindness!! She said she would see if there were any Epi- pens available at closer Walgreens. She did call me back and say they were getting one ready for me at the Deer Park Walgreens which was right down the street from me. I couldn’t believe her kindness and willingness to help us.

Pretty much standard as far as Walgreens service goes. It is simply an ok store.

Small but clean and easy to find items.

Multiple months in row they have messed up our prescriptions and refused to fill all the prescriptions as the doctor ordered. I called to ask if a note could put in to fill them as written and all of the prescriptions. The response was well you have to request them to be filled which I already had. To which the response was well I don't know what happened. To which I responded this is the 2nd month in a row this has happened. To which the response was well I'll go ahead and fill it now. Meaning I have to make a separate trip to the pharmacy which is 50 minutes away from my house because they refuse to fill the prescriptions as the doctor wrote them and want to pick and choose which prescriptions they will fill. Rediculous.
