I recently shopped the store on a Monday and it was very busy. There was a lovely Woman behind the counter her name was Joanne. She was so kind and friendly to everyone even though there was a long line of customers. She took the time to care for my needs and make me feel like I was special. Thank you Joanne for helping me and taking time out to consider my needs for what I was shopping for.

I bought some self Drilling drywall screws to put up my new small gate. Was very easy to do with the screws that I got at Ace Hardware. I have not seen these anywhere else and had a great price on them!

Love this Ace because of Dave. Super helpful, good advice, no nonsense. Just went in again for a quick can of paint and was helped by him. Reminded me of the last time he helped me and made a complicated project I was about to give up on super easy. 10 out of 10, highly recommend. 👌

Ace is the place for BBQ rubs! Awesome selection of the top competition teams rubs and sauces. Yes you can order online but you have to pay shipping, even as a prime amazon member you get free shipping but they up the price on amazon to cover shipping. I was going to buy a rub on amazon for $17, they had at ace for $11. If you go to a bbq superstore online you pay shipping. Anyway they have it here and many others you can get right now! Excellent service... as i was checking out clerk mentioned if you buy 1 more you get 10% off. Any 4 rub or sauce mix and match =10% off. I hope manager reads this and realizes how much of a great niche he has over every other store and online. You get the best rubs, big size at a great price, today! Come spring and summer, i will be here 2 times a week. Thank you Ace for saving the 1 day only 60 degree weather i was cooking on buy having what i needed now!

Max and the team at this Ace Hardware are phenomenal! I shop at this Ace store almost every week. Sometimes multiple days a week, and I have done so for the past five years. It's my spot for supplies for all of my projects. I also rent U-Hauls here. Of course, it's convenient that I live in the area, but I genuinely find that they are well worth a visit any time over the prominent brand-name places. I am certain some of the negative reviews I've read are more of a case of those guests having very little patience. It's not hard to wait your turn and understand that it takes more than a minute to check in a U-Haul or get paint. People quickly turn to a Google review to bash somewhere just because they don't get their way. Keep Max and his team in mind, and show some support next time you're in the area!

If you need anything fixed or advice, Ace is the place to go. They were able to find two screws that fit exactly into my broken tea kettle that was destined for the garbage. For $.22 I was able to have a tea pot that was totally repaired. They are a gem in the neighborhood.

Not only are the staff here super nice and helpful, but the post office staff at the back of the store take such good care of their customers that I purposely go here for my mailing needs over any other post office in the city, even though their not my closest options.

The lady working at the cash register and (I believe) the manager (older gentleman with dark hair) we so amazingly helpful this morning getting me a car battery starter. The lady went above and beyond and was genuinely friendly, as well as the gentleman. You never find that type of customer service anymore. Very large store with so much stuff and services.

Everyone is always so friendly! I prefer to go there than the huge warehouse stores. I may pay a little more on some items, but it's well worth it. I painted 4 rooms in my house for under $20 using the clearance paints. They always smile and greet me when I come in. That never happens at Home Depot and Lowe's.

Small town hardware store with the friendly folks exactly like you imagine it. Their prices are competitive. Great location in Dillionvale

I cannot say enough about the personnel who work there, from the cashier all the way through to the post office. If at anytime there isn't some friendly person without advice to help me solved a problem, then I know I entered the wrong store! The employees, inventory and environment are all directed at providing great customer service. I'm glad it's in my neighborhood.

The staff there is always happy to help me for whatever I am needing. The lady that rung me up tonight was delightful as well. Keep up the good work! This has been my go to hardware store for over a decade.
