Kohl's

I live fairly close to this location and was super excited when they opened. I must say I am a REGULAR. I always joke with the staff and say they should just hire me because I am there at least 3 times a week.
I will tell you the staff is amazing, they greet you every time you walk in, they ask how your day is and they make your shopping experience feel like you are a part of their family.
I went just yesterday to look for a pair of pants I needed a different size in. One of the wonderful employees, Amber, reached out to her co-workers to tell them she will be stepping away from the register. She then told me to follow her and spent a good 20 minutes helping me look for these pants on the floor. She even went to the back to look for them!!!! And not to mention- she was due to leave and she didn’t even sigh or appear to be in a rush. I promise you will not be sorry stepping into this location!!

I am so happy I found this Kohls! It is not as upscale looking as their typical stores. But, it's so much easier to navigate and the stock is plentiful. The best part is that the sales associate, Susan, was so VERY helpful to me! I had forgotten to pick up an order last month and didn't realize that it would go back out on the sales floor. She took extra time with me to find out if it was still in stock and then directed me to the section where I could find it. Then she was very personable at the check out, stating, "We are a small store, so we try to be friendly." I will definitely make this my primary Kohl's from now on.

First time visiting this store location. Enjoyed the experience and found several items that I have not seen at other Kohl's locations. I went in wanting to purchase a Christmas gift for a friend and found a wonderful gift. I can't guarantee that I will return to this store as t is not near where I live. I had been in the area for an appointment and "just stopped in" because I happened across it on my way home.

They've made massive improvements! I go here for Amazon returns. Great clearance sale, added with Amazon coupon. 65% off on some items. The store was reorganized and looked great

The Blue Ash store is always clean and inviting. The staff always has a friendly greeting when I come in and are always helpful when I have a question.

The lady who checked me out was so kind and wrapped delicate pieces with such care. She deserves 5 stars & a raise.

I have to acknowledge the black woman with short hair who helped me at the Amazon return counter. She was so pleasant and kind and you can tell she is just a great lady. Just that few minutes interaction with her really brightened my day and reminded me there are so many authentic and kind people out there. Thank you!

Cashier was fantastic she went way beyond and above her job can't say enough about her I did ask her her name but I don't remember it.

Blue ASH KOHLS IS A GREAT STORE. Employees very helpful and attentive . Very fast and friendly as well.

The Customer Service at Kohls was great. I was asked if I needed any help. I was greeted with nothing but smiles.

First time I have shopped at Khol's. Mainly was curious about what the store was like. Found a couple tops for my granddaughter, a couple tops for me and a cute summer dress that were all on sale. Will also be checking out the online site for more things.

I love it here! One of the ladies working helped me chose my bathing suit when i asked her too bc I struggle so bad with self esteem and look in fat or not alright in one. She chose the one i was secretly hoping she would chose!! And i loved it on too!! Shes the best!

I just wanted to share the incrediable customer service I received from Jean at the Kohls in Blue Ash, Ohio on 5/17. She is the true meaning of customer service with a smile.

Not a a bad place , but the later in the day you go the more stuff is a mess as people just drop stuff and leave stuff laying all over so as the day goes on the employees can't keep up with the messy general public...
Have been there early in the day and evening... cleanliness is night and day....not dirty just stuff laid all over.

This Kohl's has a very friendly team and I always have an enjoyable shopping experience here. The store is clean and organized as well.
