I had a great first time experience here. I needed a bike rack for my Jeep and I called first, was told they had something in stock, went right down and was given courteous, professional service. I decided on the Thule and the guys put it together and installed it on my Jeep. Gave me instructions on how to take it off and, before I left, they made sure I was able to use the tool provided to take it off. Thanks to all the guys over there. I am so happy with my purchase. Definitely will go back.

Dan was absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful. His genuine care for the customer and honesty are truly commendable. I will definitely return, and I've already recommended this place to my neighbors and friends.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Dan! Great customer service, always seems to remember my name even though I haven’t been in much. Takes great care of my bike and it never feels like he’s trying to upsell me, just hook me up with the best product for my bike. Would highly recommend!!

A sunny Friday afternoon, and our 8 year old was soooo disappointed as she discovered her bike had a flat. I called up the team at Bike Works, and they said bring it in, we can work on it immediately so your young rider can be up and running. Sure enough I took it in 10mins later, and they were done in 5mins. Wonderful, speedy and friendly service and a very happy child! Thank you, we will be back :)

Dan was super helpful today in helping me pick out a full suspension mountain bike! He's extremely knowledgeable about local biking and equipment for both adults and kids. Dan also helped us with a mountain bike for my son. We both love our new bikes and had a great experience with Dan and Bike Works!

I’ve been going to bike shops in a number of different cities for decades and this is the best experience I’ve ever had. Brought my Trek hybrid in for a tune- up and minor repair and the service was fast, friendly, professional, and the price came in below the estimate. Dan and Skip also offered me some advice on extending the life of my components. Top notch service. Highly recommended. A+++

Brought my almost 7 yo in here today to buy her a bike for her birthday. Dan was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. After my daughter picked the bike she wanted, Dan completely fitted her for the bike & made sure I knew about the bike buy-back program.

We came in after a long drama filled attempt to get a bike for our sons birthday. They folks there couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They worked with us as we awaited a refund from Amazon allowing us to put a deposit on the bike until our refund processed. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks again!

After a few years away from riding, i bought a Santa Cruz full suspension bike from them and the entire experience was great. They miraculously had what I was looking for in stock which seems near impossible right now and they spent a ton of time making sure everything was perfect. They will be my go to shop for sure.

I brought my bike in for a tune up. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am not super into biking and Dan explained all the work he would do. The turnaround time was quick and the work was great. I would definitely go back.

I’ve been to this shop a couple of times: once to understand what’s involved with step in bindings and shoes and a second time to get a tire replaced. The guys there are incredibly helpful and friendly. My tire replacement was done quickly with no hassle. This will be my go-to shop / I’d highly recommend it to anyone!
