The best experience. I celebrated my son's and my birthday here today, and the food was delicious. My granddaughter loved her cheese burger and hot chocolate. Thanks, the first time here, and I felt welcome. My family and I will definitely return again. Great desserts. Amazing service. 👏

Always a fantastic experience at The Perk. We love bringing out of town family there, it’s always a big hit. You can’t go wrong with any of the menu options but my favorite for dinner is The New Orleans Pasta, the Sriracha Chicken is delicious as well. We recently stopped by for lunch with family in from Pittsburgh and our waitress Madison helped make our visit even more enjoyable. She was very pleasant and attentive. We shared the giant Bavarian pretzel and I had the flat bread pizza special, loved them both!

We were in town for a visit with family and this was my SIL pick for dinner for her birthday. It did not disappoint with great cozy atmosphere and wonderful food. We ordered the French Onion soup, Giant Bavarian Pretzel, Meatballs, New Orleans Pasta, and Braised Short Rib Special and a cannoli togo. The French Onion soup was wonderful..Giant pretzel shared by all was great. The crostinis that came with the Meatballs were so hard and dry they were like dust..so some improvement needed there. The braised short rib special was excellent, the only thing I could hope for was a little more of the sauce over top of the potatoes!!! I also got a cannoli togo and I should have got two!!! It was amazing and I didn't even think I got a picture of it. We will defiantly be back to try some more food. It was very busy but everything was timely and hot.

WOW!! What a gem! Out of town from LA. Very glad a found this place. The Cheesesteak was excellent and good local beer on tap! Small town good food home warming environment.

The Perk was amazing.Busy location . We sat down ordered drinks and food was served within 10 minutes ate dinner and relaxed all under an hour. Service was excellent, we will be visiting again soon. Thank you!

Extremely great place to go to feel in town. I just moved to the area and this felt like the epitome of the town's atmosphere. The food is delicious and you get big portions for the price. The staff are bend over backwards friendly. I also love anywhere that has a bavarian pretzel. Highly recommend for a family dinner or a relaxed friend hangout. They also do trivia nights that are well run!

Delicious meal of a recommendation online of spaghetti 🍝 and meatballs- 5 stars delicious, cheesesteak with homemade chips and steak 🥩 🌮 tacos all great! Great job 👏 the only reason I gave atmosphere and three star to clarify, was the most obnoxious hyena people were sitting next to us, and they would not stop laughing like a bunch of hyenas.

Love the food here with a lot of nice choices. This place is very busy when other places are half full. Be prepared to wait a while for your table. The bar is a nice place to wait and it has some nice beer selections. I had the soup special one night and it was the best soup I ever had. Love the New Orleans pasta.

Great restaurant! I had an excellent burger, cooked to order. Prices were reasonable & food quality was good. Although there was a short wait for a table during the weekday, the meal service was fast, friendly, & attentive. Will visit again!

First time eating here. Our experience was amazing. The wings were perfectly cooked. Our entrees' were hot and tasty. The NY canoli was as good as advertised. Service was prompt and accurate. Atmosphere was relaxed and the pricing was impressive considering the quality of the food. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Traveling with my daughter for softball, we stopped here as a suggestion from a relative in the area. Did not disappoint! Our server, Ryan, was excellent. Gave us some guidance as newbies and they even comped a slice of cheesecake being our first time to the restaurant. Food was great. Ordered the Carousel burger. Perfectly cooked. Got the spinach and artichoke dip as the appetizer. Was a long day in the hot sun and was not rushed at all. Had a nice relaxing dinner

The best example of a hometown family restaurant and great bar all in one spot! If anyone wants to model what the look, feel, and taste of what the "place where you know everyone knows you" and everything tastes amazing, then come here and experience the Perk!

I have never had a bad meal, every meal has been fantastic. Food comes out pretty quickly for how busy they always are. Burgers are cooked to the temperature you request (hard to find anymore). Very reasonably priced. Never had any complaints.

A hometown pub with amazing food. Everyone here knows each other, it definitely has the small town vibe. The food is incredible, I personally had the Engine 26 burger and it was delicious. Prices aren't too high either. I would recommend going here purely over the fact that you will feel welcomed the second you sit down.

We stopped in today as we were just passing through town hunting covered bridges. Awesome place. Food was great. Service was pleasant, helpful, and quick. Prices were more than reasonable. My wife loved the historic pictures throughout the place. Definitely stop here to eat. The burgers were top notch!

The Perk is a local institution and for great reason. It never feels stale and changes with the times and always feels comfortable and familiar. Great bar and well prepared and value oriented comfort food always pleases everyone. Service is fast and cheerful and you never have to hunt your server down. Can get busy when kids come home from college and on trivia nights.

Missing my local family restaurant back home, so thought I’d share a review. This small business does it right! Excellent service, good atmosphere, local pride, and fantastic food. My mom and I would go when it was less busy (lunchtime), and grab food often during WFH times during the pandemic. Only issue we ever had was parking, and that’s down to its location, but hey, it’s well worth the walk…

Strongly recommend. Server and staff were on point. The food was so good. They can make delicious meatballs, carrot cake, and steak tacos. Makes sense it’s been in business since the 1800’s.

Always a great time. The food is excellent, service is always prompt. Had to wait for a table for two on a Friday afternoon, which should tell you how popular they. Will definitely return. Been going there since the mid 90's. It gets better every time!
