Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Fantastic customer service and neighborhood feel. Every associate I’ve encountered at this location is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and goes above and beyond to make things right when there’s an issue. My go-to paint shop, especially when there’s a sale.

I rarely write reviews on Google but I just had the most pleasant and informative experience at this store and I had to share. The three sales people were all involved at some level, one more pleasant and more helpful than the next. They were all so interested in my project and gave me great suggestions, advice and education. Every store in America could model their customer service after this store (Newtown, PA) and they would be the better for it. Thanks so much for helping me out with my project!

I’m in the Sherwin-Williams in Newtown 6 or 8 times a month and it’s always a pleasant experience. The folks working there are really nice and will go out of their way to help. Their ability to color match a color is amazing.

The staff at this store are amazing. I went in this morning to try to get a color match on a wall that was recently painted by a professional...but they didn't leave any paint behind when they were done. The staff went out of their way to try to track down the contractors account at another store to find the perfect match. They then gave me a free quart to test it to see if it was correct. Also, I have never seen folks hustle like they do in this store - really doing everything possible to make the customer happy. Thank you!

Chuck, manager of Sherwin-Williams is a true asset to their operation. Totally professional, personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He has helped me several times and I am very grateful for his help. He is a pleasure to work with and it gets noticed and recognized. Thank you, Chuck.

I was incredibly anxious when I walked into the store, but Chuck put me at ease and helped me pick out everything I needed and reminded me of things I forgot I needed. He was friendly, courteous, patient, helpful, knowledgeable. What an amazing experience. I left the store ready and excited to tackle my project, and with a big grin on my face. The lady that helped me is most excellent!!!! I don't know her name but I know she worked Saturday 1/28/2023, Sunday 1/29/2023 and Monday 1/30/2023 as I was in the Newtown PA Sherwin-Williams store on those days.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chuck for my purchases tonight, he was super friendly and helpful, and your store is well organized. Bonus that a really good sale was going on. I will be back, this is so much more relaxing than trying to go to Home Depot or Lowe's.

Sarah Trotter color consultant is amazing. Her selections for our home have been outstanding and we wouldn't have been able to achieve that same result without her help. The loyalty she inspired is unmatched and store personnel have reinforced that professional caring and attitude further.

An update - I was back in the store on October 15th, once again, got great service - very knowledgeable associate who was able to give me good advice that, once again panned out, did not try to upsell me but asked the right questions and took the time to understand what I was doing and what I REALLY needed, which was NOT ;the most expensive option available. I will be back for my next paint job.

Great place for paint. The people are always friendly and helpful. It's thee go to paint store for me. Great paint for every budget. Its the only store that...Hart painting of Newtown uses. That tells you something right there. There is a reason why the commercial says...Ask Sherwin Williams. They know most all the answers. If not ? They will find out and inform you. I think I'm going to go out and Paint the World. Thanks Sherwin Williams.

My wife and I buy all our paint from here. It is high quality at a great price. The store is good sized and we can get everything we want.

Great service, helpful and matched color we purchase 3 years ago, and least we forget the best paint on the market.

they are helpful, good store with a large selection of various shades and colors of paint with lots of painting accessories at good prices.

You cant get the same professional advice and customer service at the home depot or other hardware stores. Plus, SW has the color selection service.
