Amazing staff, the neurosurgeon's are the absolute best, I had 2 surgeries done there in July and they literally saved me! God bless the Dr's the nurse's but most importantly there's a nurse's helper there named Linda, you literally saved my life, without you I would have taken my own life. I'll be forever grateful to you!!

I had a successful surgical outpatient procedure there today and the staff was wonderful. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Very professional, thorough and compassionate especially the nurses and anesthesiologist

Avoid at all costs. If you need mental help especially, you’re better off getting arrested. I’m not even kidding. At least then, you’ll get a warm cell with a toilet and a sink, and a bed with blankets and a pillow. And you’re more likely to get out the next day too. Absolutely inhumane treatment.

The psychologist who treated me couldn't even tell the difference between mania, delusions and psychosis. I was overmedicated, had to start refusing medication, and even had to have a hearing to be able to leave after 3 days. I can honestly say I became significantly worse after staying. I will never come back here again.

Everyone who works here should be ashamed of themselves. But then again, these are the same people that brought you the Milgram Prison Experiment, so is it really that surprising?

Disorganized care which costs the patients. From experience, this is a poorly run healthcare facility and with minimal coordination between specialist/primary care givers. Also, needed procedure canceled because equipment broken.

Have you ever thought to yourself: You know how we should change up our standard of care and research practices right in the middle of a study of those who are immunocompromised and suffering from long covid? We should stop wearing medical masks in a medical center while treating sick research subjects. Well if that is not a thought you had, then you don’t work for Stanford Medical. Because this is the type of top notch ideas you can expect at this institution.

DO NOT GO HERE. Do not get referred here either. The prices (in-network and not) are appalling.

Useless when you need YOUR OWN records. I get HIPPA regulations. But they cant pull your own record for a immunization date. Have to go online, print a form and send in a written request. Im sure if they needed money for servies they could pull your information. Your a joke Stanford. Specially since i was seen for cut finger and tetanus shot which turned out to roughly $4k.

Avoid this facility at all costs. They only care about being paid.
