Nick enabled memories to be made tonight when he helped my son pick out a new bike! He's six and wants to know everything about everything. Nick was patient and helped him choose the right size and then adjusted everything to fit him perfect. You're not getting that at a big box store! Nick is so obviously passionate about what he does. It's a real pleasure to spend money at Rusty Spokes because of the level of service I've gotten multiple times and knowing I'm supporting a locally owned small business. We are still out here riding this bike an hour after we left. My boy loves this bike! Thank you so much!

Awesome place if you need a bicycle restored. They did a fabulous job with a deadline that I didn't think they could meet. Prices were very reasonable, and they took pride in their work as well. Was our pleasure doing business with them 👍👍

Wonderful experience at Rusty Spokes! My 12 year old son is a mountain bike fanatic and loves shopping here. He had his eye on a particular bike and managed to save up for it. The people at Rusty Spokes were awesome! They took really great care of him and I'm sure we'll be back soon.

Nick was amazing! I called in the morning with some concerns about my bikes gears slipping. I told him I had a race that Saturday and that I understood if it was too short of a notice for him to fit me in. He assured me "no problem, bring it in today." WOW! I couldn't believe it! I took it as soon as I could that day and within 10 minutes he had fixed the problem and had me on my way! Amazing customer service, knowledgeable, personable, friendly! Incredible first time experience with this shop and they have made a customer out of me! Way to go Rusty Spokes! You show what it means to be a great small business!

If you are in Pataskala and in need of a bike tune up, repair or anything bike related. I recommend this place. My son's bike had some major issues that the sporting good store, didn't fix properly, possibly including a missing tire nut from the last time it was there. He took the time to teach my kid about bike maintenance for his cycling merit badge for boy scouts. Great guy with a lot of knowledge and experience.

Absolutely fantastic local bike shop. Owner and employees are all very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are very good, especially for the high quality you receive. Got my bike tuned up for a race, the price was well under what I was expecting and the turn around time was impressive. I highly recommend this shop to everyone in the area!

This is the ONLY place in all of Columbus that was willing to help me with my E-bike service request. I have a BIG e-bike, the X-class 52 from Ariel Rider that needed some Tannus Tire Inserts, and some creaking sounds remedied that were coming from the spokes and rear shock.

Some stores reject all e-bike work, some rejected me due to the size of the bike, some rejected me supposedly because they're understaffed. I learned the hard way many stores just REJECT e-bike work in general.

All of that to say: this place did what I needed quickly, and with a smile on their face. I'm not messing around with other stores moving forward, I'll drive out to Pataskala for RUSTY SPOKES any day.

Nick went above and beyond to help me restore my childhood bike today. I love how he's excited about every bike equally. Every time a customer came in he was excited to see their bike and new what it was immediately. Reasonable prices, straightforward answers and super helpful all around. Highly recommend

Great store for all your needs in bikes and disc golf! Amazing team and really trying to grow their disc golf space. If you are looking for anything that is not a main brand for disc golf you are in luck with Rusty! I highly reccommend checking them out
