Great customer service very professional and yet also very friendly! Always super helpful with out being condescending or arrogant. I will only go to this store for all my vape needs they also have the delta 8 stuff if you choose with reasonable prices if you are so inclined. Also they don't do that hard sales tactic and won't try to push the most expensive products on you even if you're new to the vape thing. Over all great store with great people good job guys, keep it up!

This place is amazing. I have been going here since 2018, and I have never once had a bad experience. John and Wes are awesome dudes, they always go above and beyond for their customers. I could stand there for hours and just talk to them. They are like family to me, and since I moved about 25 minutes away, I still make the drive to go there. They carry the products I use, which the one closest to me doesn't, but thats not what keeps me going back. Its their customer service. The only way someone could have a bad experience is if the customer themselves is rude and obnoxious. Thank you guys for making me feel like family and for always taking care of me. You guys rock! I'd give you more stars if I could!

So I have been struggling to find a new device and went in today and Wes helped me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right device for my needs and went even further by helping me get it set up before I left the store. He really wanted me to be satisfied and I truly am! Thank you so much Wes and Johnny! You guys are great!

Unfortunate for this Joe guy leaving such a negative review, who is obviously entitled and doesn't understand the importance of taking care of returning/regular customers in small businesses. I've never had an issue at this location, the employees have always been extremely helpful and tend to customers with ease. There is a great variety of ejuice lines here at a great price point! Speaking of price that goes for the hardware as well. I've been to many shops in the Columbus area and this is by far the most affordable for liquid, replacement coils, and hardware.

Fantastic customer service! Wes, John and Joe are extremely helpful, especially when I needed to buy a new device last week. Wes, whom I interact with most, always shows patience and answers all questions ensuring clarity so I know what my options are and am getting the right product that best fits my needs.

This place is great! The customer service is impeccable and the product are awesome! I personally use the house oils and thoroughly enjoy them. I was having an issue with the coils I had bought and they bent over backwards to get everything straightened out. Very highly recommend and will only go here! Well done guys keep up the great work!!

Stopped in for my second time after moving to Pataskala. I’ve been really impressed so far. Tonight I had a wish list of liquids, atomizers, coils, and a device. They had everything I wanted and after visiting two weeks ago and expressing my interest in a specific liquid they had added it to their lineup. Great service, good selection, and they listen to their customers wants. I think I found my new vape shop! Thanks, guys!

I went into Vapor Station last Sunday on 11/3 in the search for coils for my long out dated mod. Which I’ve not been able to find anywhere. WES and GREG were working that evening. I’m a regular there, so when I walk in the guys automatically set out the juice I always buy, which is Very Cool and coils.
I was using a back up tank because my regular one broke. And since I couldn’t find coils anymore for my current tank I was going to by a new one. Problem number 2. I was very limited on the kind of tank I could get because of the design of my mod. There was only 1 tank in the store that would fit my mod and take the x-4 coils I normally used in my old tank. But, the tank was very expensive.
Wes and Greg stated, that they were not going to be happy until they helped me find a new mod that was suitable for me. They took the time to listen to me about what it was about my old mod I liked, and used that information to find a new mod. One that was in my price range and comparably priced to the tank I was going to buy. I ended up getting the Aegis, and I love it.
I’m 41 years old, and used Vaping as a means to quit smoking. After 22 years of smoking, I finally quit cigarettes 5 years ago. My flavor is Very Cool, which is a Menthol, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry blend.
Greg and Wes were absolutely wonderful.

Wes is the best!!! He is always so helpful. He knows what he's talking about and once again solved a problem I was having. I recommend you stop in and chat with Wes about all your vape needs!!

I've gone to the vapor station in Reynoldsburg for the longest period of time. Saw this place open next to where I live. Dropped in and haven't gone back to Reynoldsburg since. The environment is amazing, employees know what they're talking about. I've brought up RDA's to them and they even ordered the one I wanted for me! Some of the best service you can get!

Went in looking for a better vaporizer, wasn't sure what to look for and where to start. Guys really hooked me up, told them what I was looking for and how much I had to spend. Wish I would have caught the man's name that helped me but he really hooked me up with a great vaporizer for an awesome price. I will deff be going back and will recommend them. Thank you again.
