The UPS Store

Always super friendly and quick. Today, I forgot my wallet & ended up needing a box. He told me not to make a special trip & bring back the $2 later. I went right home & came back, but appreciated his understanding & grace more than he will know. They give the small town feel I grew up & miss a lot.

Quick & friendly service at the E Broad St Pataskala OH Store. I go there even though there's a closer location to my new residence. The lady that's been th ere several years is great. Nice & very helpful. Worth the drive to be treated good.

Both associates who work there are wonderful. Professional, efficient, and kind. They both deserve recognition for always being patient and helping everyone who comes in. The store is small but clean and you can get in and out quickly.

The clerk, Debbie, is pleasant as they come. Very professional and respectful of each person. She goes above and beyond to help anybody that is confused on how to make return especially if it was confusing. Wish there were more people in customer service like her!

This is a great store who are very helpful, very attentive, and understand how to make you feel welcomed.

The couple at the Pataskala store 43062 are so wonderful! So helpful! I have never had any issues with UPS.

The couple who own/run this UPS are always friendly and helpful. They’ve helped me out more than once. But in a time of need prepping for my grandmother’s wake where we displayed so many of her crocheted items, I was running late from work and needed to have these card stock prints done. It came out with perfect color, great quality, and she worked with me to get these done on time. Thank you!

The lady that works in this store is so nice and makes returning things to this store so easy. I've been to other ones where that is definitely not the case and this location I keep coming back to anytime I need anything done and its just such a nice relief when she helps me.

I run a small IT company in Central Ohio and I expect a lot from my vendors--this store has always exceeded my expectations. Scott is very friendly and very fast at what he does. Although this store is technically out of my way, I'll never go any place else. Highly recommended :-)

Best experience at a UPS store by fr. small town compassion and feeling here- he knows me and always greets with a smile! HAPPY to bring my business here always! He has also helped with rush orders and charitable causes... Super awesome people!

Came here for the first time, 15 minutes to close. I believe it was the owner that was there, he was so incredibly helpful and was so patient with me even though I came in so late. He helped me straighten out my shipping issues even though the store should have been closed and was overall just an excellent guy. Will definitely be coming here for all my shipping needs and I absolutely recommend using this location.
