Kroger

Love this location. Shelves are always full and lots of options to choose from. The layout makes sense. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Store is always clean. I dread going into other locations. This one is the best!

I usually shop a little later in the at night because it seems to be the only time i can get in there and i like the quiet time but the woman with short silverish/white hair she freaking awesome seriously! She's so helpful, understanding, and always polite even when she sees me rolling up to self check-out with a cart over full at 10:45. I'm horrible with names and wish I could remember hers, she is why I love this krogers even the guys that stock everything at night have helped me hunt things down I had younger gentlemen help us 2 days ago get our groceries to our car extremely polite. Yes there are a few employees here and there that can come off kinda rude and look like their angry at the world, I think everyone has those days and unfortunately some people have to be at work through those days I try to myself in their shoes. Now, if they seem like that all the time, then I might say it's time to think about different position. I have one tiny complaint and I hate being that person but some of my fruits and veggies are are aren't making it a whole 12 hrs i or like the strawberries I bought 2 whole container that looked okay to the eye but 1 of them once I started feeling and cutting into them they were not. It reminds me of when the fridge gets a little too cold and starts freezing stuff, and then it thaws, the fruits never survive. Other than that happening the last few times, I love going to this krogers

Staff is almost always available and helpful. A lot of tenured employees that do a great job of cultivating a customer friendly culture and really good at keeping items in stock.

Maddy in the floral department was absolutely outstanding today getting my floral arrangement. Completely above and beyond costumer service skills give her a raise.!!!!ASAP LOVE HER.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Of course one should always remember the golden rule. Treat others the way you want to be treated. As with many establishments since COVID, there is sometimes a lack of help working and therefore patrons need to be extra patient and show appreciation for the employees that are there and are doing their best to make our Pataskala Kroger the best that it can be! Which, by the way, I think it's pretty darn great!!

I had a couple of issues with my order today so I called to speak with someone about how they might be corrected. I eventually spoke with Shannon. He was perfect. He listened to my explanation with patience and immediately told me how he could help fix what was wrong. Great job, Shannon!

I live in Pataskala but am actually closer to Johnstown Kroger so that's where I usually go. Happened to be on Broad St so went here instead and I was really impressed. The employees were very friendly, shelves stocked, good customer service, the cashier (Cathy, I think?) was great.

It's a good Kroger. Produce is fresh. Lines don't take forever. Best time to shop is in the morning as early as they open.

It's kept clean & orderly, neat & tidy. Clerks are friendly & helpful. Produce very attractive. Reasonable amount of selections except cans of baked beans... Bush's dominates the shelves. There aren't Kroger brand alternatives for the various Bush beans. I am not a fan of the Bush brand.

Always shop here for food and they are always well staffed. there is usually no long wait in lines to pay for your food and the store is set up nicely. Big tip don't forget your rewards card or you will add more money on your bill then nessisary. If you go online you can add coupons onto your rewards card to save even more money. Nice place ,great staff, nice family location to shop at

This Kroger is always really clean and tidy. Shelves are always well kept and floors are always clean. This is my favorite Kroger to shop at for the cleanliness and the organization of shelving. They also have ClickList now which is incredible and speedy. If you don't have enough time to shop on your own, i highly recommend using the click list and pick up your groceries from the parking lot!

Quite possibly the best Kroger I've ever visited. Things are typically well stocked. Staff are amazingly polite and go out of their way to help. Checkout is almost uncomfortably fast, I've never had to wait more than a minute, even on weekends.

State liquor store inside along with good beer/wine selection.

My only ding is that the international section is a little thin. Tortillas and Soy Sauce do not make a section "international." I usually end up holding my breath and going to Meijer when I need something something unique.

I can't think of anything I could say negatively about this Kroger. About 5 years of shopping here regularly the staff has always been quick and polite. The store is clean, and even when the store is crazy busy I almost never have to wait in line.

I love Kroger, so i may be a little biased. However, i have never had a problem here; check out is speedy, lines are never long, deli is fast and kind, stock employees always greet with a smile and offer help, etc.

Nice grocery store with deep ties to the community. I think everyone in town has either worked there or knows someone who works there. They have a nice selection and friendly staff. Shop here every week go to the Starbucks inside almost every day.

Krogers prices aren't bad with the new lower prices! They have good sales, "Saturday Only Deal" which is super and the digital coupons, you can't beat Kroger! Oh oh, lets not forget, FREE FRIDAY DOWNLOAD! It beats going to a mass department store any day. And, they now they offer Click List at my location!

Always good in my view. Groceries are reasonable, the staff is always super nice and helpful. I don't shop anywhere else for groceries.

Stocked well enough to withstand a shopping blitz by storm crazed customers... I have always found what I've needed there. for anything I'm making. Nice helpful staff makes grocery shopping a lot nicer.

Great grocery store! I’ve never encountered a rude employee, and they’ve got it all, even a deli for fresh meat and cheese! Sure there might be cheaper grocery stores, but I’ll stick with Kroger!
