I was very satisfied with the customer service of this location. Sebastián went above and beyond to assist me. I may not have gotten what I went for but highly commend the staff especially Sebastián.

Friendly staff and excellent service. I had to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone, which should have taken about 3 hours. I got home comfortably and was notified when the process was complete. Now I have my brand new phone with all my data from about 4 years ago. So happy! Thanks to everyone and especially Ms. Nancy!

We called ahead to find out the best time to come to the store because I have a walker and will need to be sitting during the whole time we are at the store. Sebastian helped me on the phone. When we came in person that weekend, Sebastian remembered me, and I felt like I mattered and wasn't just a phone number. We had some wrinkles to work out, as expected, with the merge and transition from Sprint to T-Mobile, but Sebastian was able to take care of everything that came up and stuck with us through it all.

When I called in later to change my mind about what we wanted, Sebastian was able to direct me to who could do what I needed. When his schedule changed, and he thought he would miss us coming into the store, he called me to update me when he would be there.

A few weeks later, we decided to add a line and returned to the store in person. Once again, Sebastian was amazing, personable, knowledgeable, and treated us as more than just an account. In this day and age, it is rare to have someone go out of their way to make us feel welcome. From the very first visit, Sebastian accommodated my needs and brought his workspace to us. I never felt in the way, I felt taken care of.

William helped us add three new business phone lines. Very professional, easy going & he knows his knowledge with it comes to T-Mobile. Thank you to William, Mirvin & Nolan for your professional hospitality.

I am a customer from Sprint now T-Mobile for many years….I came today, June 18, 2022 to the branch at Prince William Parkway, Woodbridge, VA. Sebastian is very professional with an excellent customer service skills! He is very knowledgeable! I am very happy with the service! I look forward to staying as a happy customer at T-Mobile!

Hubby had an issue with his phone. We worked on it for a while. Took it to T-Mobile and the guy there had it working in less than 5 minutes.

My brother had a issue with his phone. The service technician Sebastián was awesome. He took his time and utilized all tools in his powers to make sure we walked out happy. Though he personally could not fix the issue he made sure it was getting taken care of and went above and beyond. Thank you!

Very seldom you go into a place that does customer service that that has professionals that know what they're talking about when I went into T-Mobile I met 2 wonderful women who were the best at what they do highly recommend I'll recommend going in there if you have a chance if your phone breaks Keyo Rucker assurant and T- mobile Taya !!
