United Club - Concourse F (F11)

Second time here. Nice Club with good seating and decent views. A really nice variety of food and drinks. Friendly staff and quick to service everyone.
The lemon square was the best i ever had! Not too sweet - just right.

We really enjoyed this Club. Better food than other United Clubs, and a fantastic bar with an even better view or the tarmac!

Lots of space for people to sit in. Has cubicles for work and privacy. Bathrooms are very nice. The food selection is great in this lounge. I think it is cold in here and the lighting to be dim. I was here on a Saturday afternoon, and it was not busy.

I travel extensively and have been in 40 countries. Been in Delta, American Admiral club, American Express Centurion and United Club which was the red carpet room. It’s still by far my favorite and they have locations everywhere. The food is good and the drinks are cold. The staff is very pleasant and considerate. The new site in SFO is very spacious and clean. Great place to chill and get a bite to eat. Much better then centurion which is too small and not convenient. Love the food and comfort but too small

We enjoyed our two hour stay at the United lounge, between flights. Good food selection, great service, great drinks, there is a fun soda machine for the kids and those young at heart. Charged our phones and watched the planes take off.

OMG is very thing full again after the nice quiet time of the pandemic.....

Nice and helpful staff, clean, great food a sofa to stretch or to take a nap would be fine.
Or as in Frankfurt/Main Germany they have showers and you can rent a bed great when you have a 5 - 10 hours break.

Always a pleasure being in the lounge. Nice domestic lounge. A bit busy at times though. There is a nice celestial ceiling art and an old fashion clock at the entrance.

Such a great space to spend a 3 hour layover. Bank of windows extending the entire length of the space to watch all the activity with the ground crew and planes coming and going. Hubby said it reminded him of being on the cruise ship with the windows & how the space was set up. Lol!
The staff did a great job of providing fresh food and keeping the buffet and dining areas clean. I never saw anything run out. The breakfast food selection was great, fresh fruit, granola and raisins for the 2 flavors of yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, English muffins & other breads, tortillas, and fixin's for breakfast burritos, coffee batista machines, fruit juice and milks, it was pretty impressive. The included beer and wine selection was decent, though hubby being an IPA lover was disappointed there wasn't one on the menu.
The restrooms were so much better quality than the standard airport ones. Very clean and well stocked, even offering women's feminine products should you find you weren't prepared and now stuck in the airport.
Overall totally we loved it. Worth it!

Great lounge. I was hear at breakfast time and enjoyed the cereals, fruit, yogurt, and coffee selection. There were hot egg and sausage sandwiches, but no vegetarian options for that.

It was super fancy, the fanciest United Club I've ever been to. Bar was nice and I had a nice breakfast. Food area is a little congested and espresso machine was broke. One of the ladies kept trying to sweep in when there were tons of people trying to get food. Need to wait a bit for the lull.

Had free continental breakfast, comfortable seats, nice bathroom. Not overly crowded. If you travel a lot, probably worth it.

I fly probably 20 times or more a year for work and pay for the annual pass to the Untied club. The food is always really good and the bar tenders make good drinks.

The rotunda is my favorite united club. It is elegant and always has enough seating (back room is almost always empty even in rush hours). Always great food selections with multiple hot entree items. Their rice noodle bowl is always my favorite after a flight.

The food - significantly above average.
Lots of seating and varied seating for work or a break from the airport.
Comfortable decor and the overall feel of someplace you choose to visit. This is what United should set as their 'airport lounge standard'

When my journey takes me far away from home includes long layovers, I certainly appreciate this place and all of the staff who help to make it run so well - from the front desk staff who are always ready to answer questions, to the food service staff I'm continuously keep all of the food options well stocked, to to those who quietly move about but lounge keeping things clean and ready for those who will arrive next - I very much appreciate this place. It may not be a home away from home, but they certainly trying to be.
The only downside for me is that there are not facilities for showering or laying horizontal as I've experienced in clubs for other international airlines in international airports (at least those those in Asia such as Korean Air, EVA Air, Thai Airways, etc.)

Great place to wait even for a few hours with ample seating locations, cubicles for work, and a study stream of hot and cold food options. Seats had great views of the United terminals in action.

Quiet place to relax and wait for the next flight. Good food and friendly staff.

Beautiful club. Really good setting bar tender was an angel - saw me in distance on phone and just brought water. So kind!

Excellent service and snacks and comfortable armchairs with electric outlets. It also has a soda machine and a bar. All very good quality.
