Rita's

Rita’s in any city or state is always a favorite stop. This branch was no exception. The flavors are always great and tasty. This one is a lot closer than when we had to travel to New Jersey to get that great taste but still a little bit of a ride. So, we brought the cooler and some ice and we ordered four quarts in addition to our individual drinks. The young people who serviced the window were very polite and pleasant. Out of five stars, I’d give ‘em six 😊.

I have been to several different Rita’s up and down the east coast, and it always surprised me how people didn’t know how much better custard was the ice cream. It also bothered me when people said they never had any Rita’s because I know how delicious those treats were. Thanks to someone we have our first and only Rita’s in Massachusetts, and I could not be any happier I hope and pray the staff take good care of this establishment so we don’t have to lose it, this will be a game changer! First trip in, and I can say so far so good keep up the hard work! They definitely need to get more familiar with their sizes, especially in comparison to company standards. A small in several other states is apparently a large here?!

It's the real deal! I've been waiting all year for this place and it lives up to the hype. Tons of flavors, great staff, convenient location with a drive through.

We drove 40 min to enjoy a Rita’S custard. Seriously the best! Wish you had more than one Massachusetts spot. Strawberry shake spot on. The good ole vanilla cone YUM. Thank you!

Charming Rita’s outpost, love the variety and kind staff. Was sad when the one in Chelsea closed a few years back, glad there’s still a Massachusetts location!

Had a great first time at Rita's last night! Their cream ice, frozen custard, and gelati were out of this world. Staff were so kind, attentive, and well informed about all menu items, and helped us through our first time there. Cannot wait to come back!! Excited to have this close by!!!

I’m so happy Rita’s is finally in MA!!! I made my husband drive me 3 hours to CT when I was pregnant so he’s really happy to have one nearby 😂 I highly recommend the gelati which is layered custard and Italian ice. My favorite is black Cherry and vanilla but they’re all good! The cold brew frozen coffee is also great

If you have small kids this little place in Walpole Mass is definitely worth a visit. The frozen desserts are good but the location itself comes with a bonus, a kids playground with fountains and a public swimming pool. There's also a pond and a trail around it. I saw people fishing in the pond. Great location for a couple of hours of kid activities in the summer. Picnic tables available.

Love Rita's! Perfect treat for an afternoon. My favored flavor combination is cherry ice with vanilla frozen custard, delicious! So glad we have a local shop!

I LOVE this place. Thoroughly enjoy my cotton candy Italian ice every time. The two young men, I believe Brian and Will are their names, have fantastic costumer service skills. Will definitely be back soon with the girls! Thanks Rita!

This place is the best! I first discovered it in New Jersey and was pleasantly surprised to see one in Chelsea. Unfortunately, the Chelsea one closed during the pandemic and I was Ritasless until the Walpole location opened. Very happy to see this location and hoping for one on the North Shore in the future!

You can't go wrong with the gelati! Their custard is unmatched especially when paired with Italian Ice.

This place is the best, and there need to be more of them. Unique flavors every time, but you can always go for a classic. The gelati is the best choice, don't get anything else, I did and I knew I was wrong. Gelati forever.

Also staff is wicked friendly every time.

I had a frozen custard cone that was delicious! My son had the Swedish fish Italian ice, and was great! This place is awesome! I highly recommend!

My husband and I have been to this location twice now, both times were great! Their custard is absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to try some of the other custard based items on the menu!

The Reese's concrete (milkshake but with frozen custard) with a chocolate base instead of vanilla literally changed my life, I need to go back and try everything else on the menu now

Discovered Rita's when living in Maryland. Delicious! Can't wait for Walpole location to open.
