Resort Management has been a great find for me.I have a large number of Diamond points and was always working very hard to get them used so I did't lose them. Now I just use the ones I want and give the rest to RTM and they use them and I get my maintenance fee back. There accounting is good and I get my checks every few weeks.

Rental payments are sent out promptly, sometimes before rental. Tania is very pleasant and friendly to deal with. Also returns phone calls promptly, unlike the company we previously used, who we are still waiting for rental payments from a previous year.
Will definitely us them again.

I love Brooke and how she takes a personal interest in making reservations. I will never and I mean never use anyone else. It's very comforting when someone goes out of their way to help you and trustworthy. This is a lifetime friendship as well. Its been a pleasure working with the staff at Resort Travel Management. They are very responsive and professional. They are true to their word in renting out our timeshare points. We are so glad we found them.

So far, this company has been very professional and easy to deal with. I have been pleased with the volume of activity that they have generated.

Made a reservation through Airbnb then get an email from Resort Travel Management saying that they don’t have a rental available for my dates and destinations. Clearly when I made the reservation and you my card was charged their calendar said it was available. I purchased gift card specifically for this rental through Resort Travel Management. Let’s see how long it takes for the funds to be released! Annoyed!!!
