Recently signed back up again.sign up process was easy. At first I was skeptical because of the reviews. I decided to go in my self since sometimes people jsut write bad Reviews just because they don’t get what they want.

For starters, I don’t understand why people say the sales people don’t tell you everything however everything you are signing up for is on the screen and you also receive an email confirmation. If you can’t read what you are signing up for don’t blame the staff, blame yourself for lack of comprehension when it’s all on the screen.

Some people don’t rerack weights, but the staff does a great job walking around cleaning the weights up. Dumbbells, at times, can be scattered when it gets busy, but it’s an easy fix, Just like any other gym, you have those that don’t rerack smh.

Overall great gym, had plenty of machines and weights! Loved the staff they very welcoming, and if you need spotters people are always willing to help you out.

My cousin and I were looking to sign up for a new gym and chose LA Fitness. Josh was attentive and polite as soon as we arrived. He provided us a tour and gave us a couple days to try out the gym. He worked with us to get the best price. He continues to check in with us when he sees us. Thanks Josh for all your help :)

I’ve been a member in this gym over a year, and I see how hard the staff work to try to get everything clean + they also have a time where they re-rack weights. It’s just that people don’t see what they DO! People take weights from where it Belongs and they don’t put it back where it was??Come on!!!This our gym as members, we also are responsible to try to have
this place clean by Just doing that🙄.( re-rack weights we just used)

I’ve been to majority of the LA fitness around this area. This one has to be the nicest one so far. Went on a Saturday and brought my mom in with a guest pass. I was a little cautious but this gym is great! Again, I went on a Saturday so I thought it would’ve been overly crowded. It was crowded but there was plenty of space and machines. Over in the weights area, there are many power racks, smith machines, etc. Much more than in other locations. Plus, racquetball courts and a pool that’s in use. There are plenty of isolation machines and while some may need a little TLC, there are other alternatives.
Can’t wait to come back!

I just had to sign up. Equipment has been upgraded, 5 dead lift platforms, basketball court, turf area,
3 extra squat racks. Gym is huge. For the price and nationwide access what else do you need !!!

I’ve tried a few gyms in the area and so far this one is my favorite! The staff are welcoming and polite - Josh signed my friend up with zero hassle and made the process easy and painless.

Please keep those soap dispensers full though!

Ok, so some of the equipment doesn’t work and needs attention, but they do address it. The one time I pointed it out the manager Zack quickly jumped to writing which ones down and getting a service ticket in. He’s also super friendly and he’s always got a smile (even when he’s running around). The people are AMAZING and that’s the reason we stay at this gym! The childcare was the initial reason we signed up (only 2 gyms offer it in our area) and Laura is the most caring, attentive childcare provider! My children know her by name and act up when she’s not working. I feel very comfortable leaving my children with her and relieved when I see she’s working! They probably don’t pay her enough and I know she manages more than the appropriate safe ratio of kids at times, but Thank God she’s there because she makes sure the kids are all safe (even when it’s crazy busy)! James is an angel! He’s the best physical trainer I’ve ever met! He genuinely cares about everyone at the gym and won’t let you hurt yourself! This is so critical because so many people don’t exercise correctly and he'll make sure you’re not going to get injured! In most gyms the physical trainers will walk right by you and if you’re not in a session they’ll let you hurt yourself if you’re exercising incorrectly. Because James won’t let you do that I feel good going to this gym and for the first time ever have thought about signing up for training because I know he will look out for me! The cleaning lady Maria is also incredible! I mean she always has a smile and I mean who does that while cleaning up after others? She’s got a huge area to cover and I’ve never seen her frown! Great team! Been going here for years and that’s really saying something because we’ve stayed here even when they had gross, old carpet. But now they have replaced the carpets (so much better) with nicer floors and installed newer equipment.

Today I was greeted and assisted by Kim and Josh! They were super helpful and kind in helping me with my childcare. Thank you for having such great customer service! I’ll always choose this location just because of their knowledge and compassion.

Returning to this gym and it smells like brand new. More equipments, labels on weights and machines are readable, sanitized wipes instead of paper towel. And they have almost 10 stair-master, up from 3 two years ago.

The management can upgrade some machines, but overall the facility is very neat and clean, and full of work out options

Have been here over a year. From what it was before to what it is now, it is a night and day difference. Newer equipment, the addition of the turf area. The deadlifting platforms all the new squat racks. Restrooms could use some updating. 90% of the time always clean besides some dirty people who decide to make a mess but staff walks around frequently re-racking and picking up trash. Kris and all the staff there have made this gym the best Gym in the area.

I went in for a membership today and Josue Cruz helped me understand the membership with highest professionalism ever. I respect this man. Thank you, Josue. You deserve to become a manager and I hope you train others like you, brother. 👍

Overall great gym. came in with my friends, I didn’t have a membership, but the GM was nice and gave me a 3 day pass tried it out for a few days and ended up signing up! Overall best gym in woodbridge

Woodbridge LA Fitness is a top-notch gym. It's got a wide range of equipment, clean facilities, and super friendly staff.

I typically don’t glaze on reviews but this location, specifically employee Josh is the goat. I’m a college student and am here for only 5 days but I do not own a membership. However Josh hooked me up with a 5 day free pass even though my 7 day week free pass was invalid. Give him a raise please!!!
