My new favorite florist! I decided to try a new florist this year for Mother’s Day and I’m so pleased. Will definitely be using Victoria K again, her arrangements are exquisite!

SO impressed. Ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mom who's sick--ordered it around noon and it got there within a few hours. Couldn't believe how inexpensive everything was compared to other florists/flower delivery services. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about this florist. THANK YOU! Not only did they come through for me literally at the LAST MINUTE (after finding out less than 24 hrs before my uncle's funeral service that 1-800-FLOWERS failed me) with a standing wreath of flowers for my uncle's funeral service, but the woman who helped me over the phone (I live in FL) was kind, professional and brought her "A" game to my situation. I heard from my brother who was able to attend the funeral that the arrangement was stunning. I'm actually happy that 1-800-FLOWERS dropped the ball because it gave me the opportunity to find this shop, which if I lived local to them, I would be using for any flowers needs going forward. Thank you again Victoria K. I am grateful to you for how you came through for me today just 3 hours before I needed the standing wreath delivered.

Absolutely beautiful and professional selection! Great customer service. Nice and easy to navigate website. They delivered flowers to my mom and god-mother today for Mother’s Day. Even with a ton of other orders, they had the flowers there in the morning. Both my mom and god-mother, LOVED them. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THEIR DAY!

Received a bouquet of flowers today for my wife, for Valentines Day. The arrangement was exquisite and beautiful arranged. The roses, the tiger Lilly's and rose buds were all perfect. Thank you

This florist goes above and beyond. I ordered flowers for a friend of mine who was in the hospital but I had them scheduled to be delivered to her home. When the delivery lady (Maria) got there, no one was home. I explained the situation and Maria made an additional trip to deliver them to the hospital. Not only did my friend receive the flowers, Maria called to let me know they had been delivered. A+++

I had an order of red flowers in a red glass vase that I did not order end up at my house in Dumfries this past Thursday (7/27/23) with the name of the person who ordered them on the delivery card with MY ADDRESS underneath it. I told the woman who delivered them that she had the wrong address and that the person who she was delivering to doesn’t live in my house; and while she left and appeared to have acknowledged my message, she returned a few minutes later and left the flowers on my porch without saying anything which really made me angry. I then called the woman who ordered the flowers only to find out that she lives in Woodbridge which made me even more surprised. I called the Florist the next day (7/28/23) and explained everything that happened and woman on the other end of the line claimed that the woman who ordered the flowers gave her my address and told the delivery driver that she lived at my house which MAKES NO SENSE TO ME AT ALL especially after talking to the customer who ordered the flowers the day before. I simply cannot understand why the florist would tell me that the woman gave them my address when in reality she told me where she really lives. Thankfully, they apologized for everything that happened and while I’m glad they did, it doesn’t help the fact that I was still upset with them since they made such a silly mistake. Please AVOID DELIVERY FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS if you don’t want this to happen to you

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS AT ALL. The manager is VERY RUDE. I didnt ask for her name but it was a woman. I ordered an arrangement for my sisters birthday, and when she got it, it looked NOTHING like the picture. the manager said they follow a recipe and that thats how it comes out. and that i paid for the cheapest arrangement. Which that part i understand but what is advertised in the picture even when ordered the standard arrangement should STILL AT LEAST LOOK CLOSE ENOUGH. the presentation should at least be similar. the arrangement looked SAD. My response to her was NO WHERE near rude, i was respectful the WHOLE time and this lady kept saying the same thing & threatening to get the driver go back and get the arrangement. I asked if there was anything else that we could do and she straight hung up on me. i still paid for a service regardless if it was the "cheapest" in her words. I was UNPROBLEMATIC with her and she was still rude as hell.

They delivered on time but it was the worst bouquet I have ever seen. I bought it for two main reasons. It had a succulent and a mosaic beautiful emerald green vase that it came with. It was on the picture posted and the item description so I assumed I would get both things. When it came to me half the flowers had wilted and they gave me a type of lettuce for the succulent and the vase was not what I ordered. I called to say I would have rather them let me know they didn’t have it in stock so I could make a different purchase. And the man answering just said “okay sorry”. 55$ down the drain for a half dead bouquet and I have never left a bad review on anything

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone it's terrible.

The manager that works here is disrespectful & has no customer service skills. They could work a little more to improve their arrangements and management.

La persona que atiende es de muy mal humor, no tiene para nada un poco de amabilidad. Yo pedí dos arreglos de Ramos de novia y no fue nada de lo que pedí.
Este no es el mejor lugar para confiar en ellos.
