I have visited this shoe store twice and have been assisted by Jayla, a very kind and helpful young lady. I must say that she goes above and beyond to assist customers. Her professionalism is so impressive that I had to ask if she is the manager. She jumps in where ever is needed help

Whoa! This store has plenty to choose from. They don’t have the same shoe on the wall more than twice, so a very big selection. When you find what you are looking for, simply find an associate and they will look it up on their handheld computers, order it for you and then it will be delivered to while you wait. The weekends are very busy but they have plenty of staff to make the process seamless. To my surprise they had the very popular Jordan 13’s and Jordan 4’s in stock.

I am extremely satisfied with the employee Kimberly, she is an amazing worker and helped me with my purchase and gave great advice on the clothes and shoes. She attended me very well and was very respectful the whole entire time. Im so happy I walked into this store. Amazing customer service! @Amy Inga you must be crazy to call her rude because she is a very respectful worker and did an amazing job attending me and the other customers that walked in. Cant wait to go purchase new shoes!!

Solid shoe store with good deals around the holidays.

I went there this past weekend, and it was super busy! Despite it being packed, the staff was awesome, and really helpful with finding the right shoe for me and my wife.

Great store, staff was very attentive and helped me quickly. Nancy and Liz helped me get the shoes I wanted without any issues. I will be back again.

My go to Finish Line in northern VA. Always have good stock and the manager Dustin always takes good care of me.
