Love the Nordstrom service. Employees for the most part are very attentive.

At least in the women & beauty department. The children’s shoe section not that much. But once you get someone’s attention they are very friendly.

Love the details Nordstrom has for the kids like the fish tank, the coloring table, and all the kids get a free balloon.

Nordstrom in Tyson’s Corner mall is the widely acclaimed and well-known upscale department store featuring designer clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories, jewelry, and cosmetics. The men’s shoe store has a very solid selection of upscale designer sneakers such as Golden Goose… Check out the Golden Goose sneaker options at this store!

This location is in Tysons Corner mall.
Tysons is the best mall in the area by far!
If you park in the C parking lot your entrance is right there!
This store has amazing clothes for men and women.
The best shoe department in any store and lots of mostly great employees.

I shop at Nordstrom’s quite frequently but for my 35th birthday I gifted myself these $795 earrings. I am truly in love! I get so many compliments when in wear them. Money well spent. If you’re debating, please get them, you won’t be disappointed.

Had great service from Bernard in the Men's clothing department where he gave me extensive advice and recommendations on the AllSaints Cora Leather Jacket. I was unsure if I needed an L or XL and he helped decide what was best for me. Definitely seek Bernard out if you need assistance!

Nordstrom is my go to for high end designer shoes and booties. Nordstrom always exceed my expectations in customer service and product selections. Nordstrom always exceed my deliveries before the initial indicated date. Nordstrom offers the Nordy Club points incentive. Nordstrom offers videos online for their products and options on how to best wear them. I would love to have a Nordstrom at Lynnhaven Mall or Town Center in Virginia Beach.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Nordstrom thanks to Lysa, a salesperson who went above and beyond. From the moment I entered the store, Lysa greeted me warmly and immediately recognized that I needed assistance. Unlike other salespeople, Lysa didn't convey any judgmental attitudes and patiently helped me find the perfect suit by asking all the right questions and providing helpful explanations.

What impressed me the most was Lysa's dedication to ensuring my comfort throughout the entire shopping experience. Alongside two other stylists, Patrick and Ryan, she tirelessly searched for a matching belt to complement the shoes I had purchased. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable, especially during the busiest shopping season.

A mere 5-star review doesn't do justice to the overwhelmingly positive experience I had. I am now a raving fan of Nordstrom, thanks to Lysa, Patrick, and Ryan. I will not hesitate to recommend their exceptional service to my friends and family. Thank you for making my shopping experience memorable.

Wow, great Nordstrom customer service was outstanding, immediately when we walked through the door Marcus P greeted us, he asked if we needed help, we replied and told him what we were looking for, He escorted us to the section of our interest and helped us from start to finish.

Eda is great at cosmetics. Nikia, Nina, Kyonna in designer handbags are awesome too! They even helped me dump my broken Neiman Marcus bag.

The shopping mall is nice and clean. There are a lot of name brand stores. Ton of parking spaces

I always park near the Nordstrom entrance on their 2nd floor. That way I know where to go when I leave Tysons mall. This time I stopped by the purse section to look at bags. I'm glad I did. I was able to see so many bags that I previewed online. Some were cuter in person, like this Tory Burch in the picture. One had leather softer than I'd preferred. Another was too small for my phone. Even my 12 year old daughter perused the section but no way was she going to get a bag.

I stopped by to get a stroller and have a business discussion. I met an associate out front at the cafe. I enjoyed a delicous decaf americano. There was seating. We had a business discussion. Then walking toward the exit, i stopped at the stroller section. I was helped quickly. I asked for a nuna mixx next in caviar. The saleswoman brought it out, i paid. I went to grab my car and as i pulled up at the curbside pickup she was brining the package out to me. Very convenient experience.

My daughter and I visited the perfume dept. The reps in one particular dept were so friendly, they made you want to spend 💰 . They weren't pushy with the sales tactics. They took their time with us. Very personable! We will be returning to purchase:)
