Rachel was great in getting a suit pant in time for my son's homecoming that we were very last minute in shopping for. The entire store was clean and it was easy to try on things and find help.

Great customer service and reasonable price on all clothing

I picked out a couple of graphic tees on sale. I also wanted to pick out an outfit for my wife since she’s starting a new job. The cashier was awesome and applied discounts that were available to my purchase along with my birthday express cash. I actually prefer to have plenty of time browsing the apparel rather than constantly being asked if I need help so I like that I wasn’t approached that often.

I usually always have a good experience at any EXPRESS that I go to. I love the clothes and the style of it. Almost within a few minutes of coming in someone always checks to see if I need help or if they can set up a dressing room for me and ask you for your first name as well. It makes the shopping experience more personal which is nice even if it isn't an actual department store. The associates would come back every once awhile to see if I wanted to add more items toy dressing room. Once I was ready they took me to my room and everything was nicely hung on the rack. Again, while in the dressing room they would come by to see if I needed anything. One thing I also loved about the store that I love in general about any EXPRESS is that the store is usually categorized by color in some way.

The customer service is excellent, the merchandise is good quality and fashionable, and i always have a good experience going to this shop. Rachel was very friendly along with William, and Caitlyn was very helpful at the register. Definitely will be shopping again and would recommend this store to others.

I like this store. The retail attendant who is from Romania 🇷🇴 was very helpful, and she helped me download the application to my phone. The clothes is distinguished, and had a good experience.

Large Express location with lots of selection and really helpful staff. They also seem to do a lot of "tests" at the location. Sometimes including really great sales.
