Kaiser Permanente Frederick Medical Center

From when I walked in the door to the receptionist area, everything was great. The two people at the front desk were very professional and accommodating. Then when I went back to have my sonogram, I got back quickly. She was super super nice very informative over all my experience at the Frederick Kaiser was top-notch

I love coming to this Kaiser in Frederick over Gaithersburg. Everyone from the doctors, receptionist, lab staff, pharmacy staff, and nurses are much nicer. Parking is great and it's never packed. Nurse Reggie showed me how to use the Victoza pen and was helpful and put me at ease and educated me on the medication.

I had an ultrasound visit today & my oh my! I had an extremely pleasant experience!! My technician was extremely thorough, helpful, attentive, patient, & most importantly super friendly! She made me feel comfortable. She allowed my husband to record and ask questions & engage in wonderful conversation 💜 I would recommend any day & of I got pregnant again, I’m scheduling everything here at the Fredrick location !!

The radiologist was exceptionally skilled and patient, explaining every step of my wife's ultrasound process in a way that was easy to understand. We are grateful for such high-quality care and service. Thank you for making this experience as comfortable as possible for us.

Dr. E and her assistant Ethel are one of the best medical pairs I have ever experienced. I highly recommend the Frederick Kaiser location for any GYN needs. They are kind and professional and thorough and caring. I have been a nurse for 38 years and have seen lots of changes over the years and it has warmed my heart to meet this pair who still represent the highest level of medical care in every way! Thanks to both of you from the bottom of my heart!

Amazing team here at KP pharmacy, they are there to take care of people. Shout out to Yolanda who took care of my new and very expensive meds without me having to jump through different calls and get approval. She along with Connie the pharmacist, and the other ladies like Rachel and zuleima got every thing done. Thats what you need when you have a tough thing to deal with. Love those ladies over there. They would do anything to help you

Coralia was amazing. In fact, the facility at Frederick was way better than our experience at Woodlawn. If this is the standard, then all Kaisers need to reevaluate and emulate our time spent during this trip to the Frederick center.

I had my ultrsound for pregnancy here Kiaser in Va and overall I loved how they treated but I didn't appreciate how largo had me driving an Hour to Fairfax Va
