I visited this particular phone store for help with a broken phone. Ms. Day/Diona was very professional, kind, and caring. She ensured all questions were answered and helped me with selecting a phone to replace the old phone. Her smile and kind personality really helped me, since I had had a difficult week. She truly exhibits true customer service skills, while also having a very professional demeanor in her store. She definitely needs a pay raise.

They are the best. I came in with my screen completely blacked out and could use it. Darren and Jackie went above and beyond. If it wasn't for them I don't even know how I would get home (I live in Salisbury, Maryland). The both of them are truly heaven sent and I will definitely take the trip upgrade. Went to Teen-mobile to get some things on my bill resolved. Brian the manager was excellent. Great customer service. Would recommend to see Brian if you have any problems

My phone of 5 years finally gave out on me 2 Sundays ago, came in and both of the ladies working were very helpful, both were very accommodating, got a new phone etc. Service was excellent

Very excellent and professional customer service. The young lady there Martha is very knowledgeable about her job and all aspects of the store. I had an unexpected issue with a phone and Martha without skipping a beat fixed it so fast I almost didn't realize it happened. Even though there is a location near me I still take the 30 min drive to go out of my way to go there for the attention to detail that I was given by Martha. Thanks for the perfect customer service I was given.

Stefano is Wonderful, amazing and very helpful with helping switch and rehook up my new phone, as i had to go thru the warranty. He was very helpful when i came into the store for help many times, he was very patient as i needed help setting things up on my new phone. He let me ask questions and was able to explain to me what i need to do. Hold on to this employee as he is very helpful to the customers here at T mobile on West Patrick Street, Frederick MD

Love this location! Everybody is so friendly! The girls working there named Iris and Ana were so helpful! I had a problem with the network and they helped me with no hesitation!! Definitely coming back if I need anything else!!

Diona was extremely helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable in helping me set my phone up and transferring apps and data !!!

somehow I had messed up my phone settings the girls here were awesome I went during the afternoon during the week day and they were so helpful. I used to go to Germantown on great Seneca highway and the staff there the manager Catalina is very rude. I go out of my way all the way here just to deal with these girls because they're awesome and they're very helpful. In addition there extremely knowledgeable.

Metro by t-mobile staff has been wonderful to me I been going here for a long time they always treat me with respect and always have a answer for my questions and problems I recommend this store more than the one in the mall because they are awful

Secondly, I was in need of service and went to this store. I found the help that I needed and good service. I am very happy with the whole online experience with limited store locations. It's worth it to me to have the discount in service.

Last, I am an older woman who ventured into this with apprehension. Really appreciate the behind the scenes help with tech support. This company rates the attention of the retired community also.

Listen I switched from Boost over to this T-Mobile and so far it’s great but what really made this a great experience was the lady who checked me out her name was Jasmine I dunno if that’s how you spell it but whatever I really enjoyed this woman’s service very helpful!!
