Best Buy

When I walked into this store, I thought it was going to be a low star review because the place looks kind of dumpy. My first impression was a 3-star.

I was looking for an iPhone 15 and originally was told we would have to wait to receive it for a few days.

What turned this into a 5-star review was Aria. She was pleasant, kind, and patient. She found an iPhone 15 and went through all of the motions efficiently and made it happen.

I have learned in over 600+ reviews that it is the people that make it happen. Aria is one of those people, I want Best Buy to realize that.

Super knowledgeable and knew exactly what to help me with. I needed a gaming computer already put together and Nadia helped and was very patient with me. I am very indecisive and she never once tried to push me into getting anything. I really appreciated that.

Went to Best Buy today (11-5-23) with my son who was looking for a washer and dryer. Samaria was there to greet us when we walked in. She answered all questions that we had. She also was the one who did the checkout and scheduled delivery. Her attitude: A+. Her knowledge of the product as well as financing: A+. Any store would be lucky to have her. My son spent a lot of money today buying a washer and dryer, and he got what he wanted at a fantastic price. We left the store in a better mood than when we came in because of Samaria's enthusiasm!

I went a few days ago looking for a better computer for work. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you Mr. Sammy for all of your help, patience and kindness. I bought a new Chromebook and I am so happy that had exactly what I needed and wanted. The store was clean, well organized and inviting. Every employee I walked past had positive vibe. They all asked if I needed any assistance and when I did it was immediate. The product knowledge and service was outstanding. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager. She was the first face I saw walking in and last one walking out. She set the standard and the rest of the staff were right beside her. Great service team.

The best customer service! Shawn and the other tech people were very helpful. The other employees were very nice and friendly. Thank you for excellent service.

Geek squad helped me with my radio, they had installed...
Sweetest, courteous and was patient with trying to help me with my problem...was quick, too... left there smiling from ear to ear....

I went in for an online order pick-up. The front guy asked, I obviously told him, pointed me to the pick-up area, and summoned the guy assigned to that station. Ol boy got there pretty fast and I was out of there in 10 minutes. A++++ service, will do business with them again.

Great service, purchased a wifi adapter...didn't think it was going to be this...involved though. Still haven't"hooked it up"

The store isn’t very good itself. I am giving 5 stars to the emoloyee named Eli. Give this kid a raise!! Need about 15 more of him at your store!!! Thank you Eli for being awesome.

I love how Best Buy is changing their stores around and making them more user friendly. Also, it's very nice to see that they are hiring employees who understand the product lines.

The reason I chose Best Buy was to replace my radio in my vehicle. After they helped me find everything I needed, they gave me options to buy additional parts without forcing me into them... In other words, they weren’t pushy. After finding the perfect radio, they did not have the install kits in stock. So, they told me if I found it, they would still honor their free install for the radios over $99 (current as of review). After all was said and done, the radio was installed, I was treated well throughout the process AND my wallet was spared a great expense since they had some killer deals to work with. All in all, great experience!

I love our Best buy Total tech member ship. I love everything about Best buy the employee Ryan who helps put in our radio is freaking amazing and will do anything we ask. He is so super nice and he deserves a raise. We forgot about the backup camera and went back 10 minutes later and he put it in. Took him 5 minutes. With no hassle whatsoever. I would really recommend him if you want your radio fixed or put in.

Black Friday is not as crazy as it used to be. Realizing it's stupid to fight over a video game. Lol

This Best Buy was a pleasure to shop at. Their commitment to customer service is evident from the second you walk in the door. Danny greeted us as we entered, with concierge-level service, pointing us to the department we needed. Courtney took great care of us when we were looking for a new TV. He answered all of our technical questions and suggested a coordinating sound system. After the sale, Aurelius came over to personally thank us for our business. We were pleasantly surprised with our whole experience and left very happy. Best Buy corporate would do well to use this store as an example for their other locations.

Love my local Best Buy. Always greeted with a smile and employees are always helpful and able to answer all my questions.

Shawn with the Geek Squad is amazing! He helped me get back into my Mac after having an extremely stressful day with my password not working. Customer service 10000/10. He turned this situation around for me! Thank you so much!!

As expected, Best Buy has great customer service! I went in looking at the PS4 gear and gaming PCs but got caught up at the cell phone section. It was fun testing out working models of the new Samsung 9 and Note 9. Prices aren't the best, but that's usually the case with "brick and mortar" retail.

What sets Best Buy apart from other tech stores is the Geek Squad. I love how knowledgeable the "geeks" are, and the easy installment plans they have, to keep your electronics running smoothly. Although they seem to have limited ability to maintenance Apple Macbooks.

The front door man, Dre, had such a wonderful presences when I walked in the store and when I left the store. He was very kind, polite and asked me multiple times if I needed help and if I found everything okay. You need to keep him working more often because he seemed like such a joy!

Can't remember guys name, but sold Hisense 55" tv, along with a speaker bar to a Mr Amos. He was very nice and thoroughly explained everything, set everything up to be delivered & set up. A friendly , knowledgeable person means a great deal to elderly customers!

Awesome Customer Service! A young man named Aaron saw me awaiting a online pickup, and even though the front desk was not his area of responsibility, he gladly assisted me. I love when young people show their leadership skills!
