Entire staff is very professional and courteous.
We bought a new Cadillac Lyric from Louis, this was our first electric vehicle purchase so we had a lot of questions and concerns, Louis took his time and explained everything in detail.
Several days after the purchase we had a couple of questions and Louis responded to our text and phone calls immediately…… unlike other dealerships in our area, Five Star Chevy customer service is second to none, and the vehicle pricing was very competitive and in line with the other dealers we checked with, if you go to Five Star Chevy serious about buying a vehicle, they will do their part to make sure you get the best deal possible.

While I know I paid a little more I got a little more. Great staff and sales team. Be sure to see Daniel or Sunshine. They appear to be good folks with a good selection and and a good business model.

Wonderful experience, we was greeted as soon as we arrived. I liked that they had several different colors and vehicles we could look around a compare and our sales person was great she knew the specifics of each.
I will recommend and visit Five star Chevrolet to others and they will be my 1st choice in the future.

My sales representative Kevin Plummer was outstanding he didn’t try to pressure me into buying however he did in every way try to sale me the truck that I wanted. I told him to allow me to think about overnight he did, he walked with me when I was leaving and he appreciated talking with me. The next day me and my fiancé’ was at the gym and Kevin called me, I told him I was in the gym and would call him back which I did. He was just checking with me to see if I still wanted to purchase the truck and that’s what I ending up doing. His manager was also kind, courteous, and professional both of them was outstanding and made sure they took care of me.

However I was not really impressed on the detailing shop they use, they cleaned the truck up but I could still see particles in the floor that could have been vacuumed up better and underneath the wheel whale was still dirty not so clean after a big purchase like I ended up buying.

Detail Shop not so good in my opinion….

Ask for Noah Williams. He was the most helpful car salesman I've ever worked with and knew exactly what to recommend that was in my budget. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase and his outstanding service. Very little negotiating had to be done and everything that was offered was fair. I'll definitely be coming back to him if he's still around at my next purchase.

Pricing was fair and upfront. I searched for 2 months and think I got a vehicle that will help my business grow. We drove from an hour and an half away. We test drove the vehicle and did all the paperwork in a less than 2 hours. All the staff were attentive and followed through quickly. Financing department went above and beyond to secure us a decent rate, and an affordable warranty within our budget. Thank you April, Louie, Aladdin, Andrew and detail shop.

The service department did a very good, timely job. Jen was amazing, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She definitely knows how to treat the customer and make them feel like family. She is amazing!

Sam sold us our car he was great! He helped us find the perfect SUV. He didn’t play games he was honest and made us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend him.

I purchased a used car from this dealership and traded in my old car.

- I received a better trade-in value for my old car than I expected. Super happy about that.
- I walked in knowing what I wanted and walked out with what I wanted.
- I had a couple questions about brake life and tire life that never got answered. Feedback on that would to take notes of questions asked throughout. I felt that every other question I had was answered promptly and professionally.
- Sam Glass was genuine with every conversation. He is great with providing information and elevating questions to the higher ups when he didn't know the answer. Every aspect of him was professional.
- I had a concern about one of the tires and it was handled the next day.
- The car detailing was too relaxed. The attention to detail could be better.

I just wanted to let you know that the services provided to me by your sales person Jahnye Segnegon was exceptional! The process was very smooth and in a timely manner! I’ve never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle through a dealer than I did with her! I also have to say, Andrew Manning back in finance was absolutely excellent! He definitely made sure to explain everything I had questions about thoroughly to where I could feel comfortable in my purchase! Everything was in order and running very smoothly the whole time. He also ensured that I got the extended warranty that best fit me and what I needed as well as the GAP insurance.

I can only hope that these two individuals are around in the future if I ever have to/ want to come back and trade/purchase another vehicle. Again, I’ve never been more satisfied in purchasing a vehicle than I was with them!

I had the best experience here. The person that helped the most was Jonathan Porter. He helped me pick out a car to my liking and it just went well from there. Jonathan was the best and I highly recommend him to anyone.

It was the end of the day and Reggie had done what he could to help us until we asked him if had any other "Big" SUV's on the lot, as it turned out he was aware of a YUKON XL that had just been traded in and went to bring it around. We were very pleased to see it was a late model DENALI and the wife took it for a drive. It met all the requirements and we committed to the purchase and accepted the the price they offered. Kelly, the Sales Manager came around to check on us and had nothing but pleasant things to say. We got a very good offer for our trade in and the deal went very smoothly. The interest rate was exceedingly HIGH, but we plan to refinance it out-of-state to a much lower rate. We strongly recommend Reggie and Kelly at Five Star Chevrolet! They made it happen.

Josean Pittman was amazing helper! Got me into something newer and safe for my kids to be in. If he there still by the time I want to update again I would do work with him again. The manager that work there was the first person ever help me build my credit and sold me my first ever car. I would pick Josean Pittman over to help me again. Basically paid off my truck for me that I haven’t even had for a year somewhere else I got and got scam by Hyundai five star on it due to it have major problems and issues. My experience was great with Josean Pittman at Chevy.

I had the privilege to work with Louie and Peter. They both go above and beyond to help the customers. I just purchased a vehicle and is pleasantly pleased with how the whole process went. There are a few things that will be worked on but glad they take pride in their work to fix it. Also, I like that all customers are treated the same no matter how much the vehicle costs. I have not purchased a vehicle in a long time, but I’m very glad I stumbled across Five Star. I definitely recommend giving them your business.

From the beginning, Sam did everything right. I wasn't hounded or pressured. I got a personalized video so I could "put a face to a name" when I first started looking for a vehicle. Once I scheduled a test drive, Sam took the time to send me another personalized video of the vehicle inside and out. Despite being a few minutes late, Sam was waiting outside for me. Sam understood that I was pressed for time and did everything he could to make the entire process smooth and easy. Even had my name on a sign inside the vehicle I came to test drive. I hadn't planned on getting the vehicle that day but he worked to make the numbers what I wanted. Since I didn't plan on it, my vehicle needed to be cleaned out. Sam went above and beyond by helping me clean out my belongings and even unhooked the carseat for me. Andrew, the money guy, was amazing as well. Went through absolutely everything and made sure to give me all of my options. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured even though I was there at the end of the day and it was almost closing time. Will definitely consider using them again when it's time for another vehicle.
