Rigby's Entertainment Complex

This has been the best summer since I moved here thanks to my season pass to the waterpark. Can't say enough about the people who work here. Kind and caring. I have eaten here every time I have gone and have had just about everything on the menu. Food is always done to perfection! The flavors from the fish to the hot dogs are spot on.

I love the place, I go mostly every weekend but I will say they are VERY VERY expensive cheapest thing on the menu at the restaurant is cookie or ice cream but the food is really good at times I would recommend kids chicken tenders. The employees are amazing besides Taylor, he kinda grumpy to the teenage the skate there the best employee would go to Jordan or as in the teenagers call momma j but I would love to see something else with the skating rink because after 10 o clock it’s over 18 and up and no one under 18 can be in the entire entertainment center and I would love to see a night that is just for kids 14 and up with some better music to but overall I love going to rigbys I just wish Taylor wasn’t such a grumpy old man and I wish it was cheaper to skate with ur own stakes

Had a great experience with my daughter and grand daughters on our visit from Miami, Fla. Love the place and was not over crowded. We all enjoyed. This was the longest we stayed at a water park from 12:30 PM to about 7:00 PM

Did the water park only. Easily managed in a manual wheelchair. LOVED it! The Lazy River was my favorite. All staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. A couple of negative things: the sit down bar area over-served alcohol to a female, it was obvious (she was getting loud and slightly obnoxious); not such a great idea especially where there is water involved- safety issue (she did have a child with her). By late afternoon all concession stands were out of hot foods (nachos, soft pretzels, etc) and they were also out of diet Coke.

We always have fun going here! We went yesterday morning and there was just a handful of people, much more enjoyable for my two year old so we'll go in the mornings from now on. (Last visit was roller derby night and it was packed!) The lady at the golf counter was so nice, helpful and sweet to my kids which is the biggest thing in the world to me and always gets return business. We had the whole golf course to ourselves which was great because the rules went out the window with a 2 and 5 year old golfing 😂 The kids were amazed at how the balls would go in the water and out the bridges so they tossed them in over and over, the balls got stuck under the bridges today but we were able to get them out for the most part. Their luck ran out on the second bridge when it ate one of the balls lol I meant to tell the really nice lady at the counter and forgot when we left. Maybe they'll see this and it'll be an easy fix. We didn't eat this time but the food was great last time and there's tons of games to play for all ages. Next time we'll attempt to skate or bowl... that should be interesting lol overall it's a lot of fun for the kids and adults too!

Awesome place for entertainment for middle GA. Went out with some friends and did bowling and the arcade. It was a great time. Definitely will go back :)

I have to give it up to the staff at Rigby's for stepping in to help celebrate my child birthday party on 12/16/23. When none of her friends showed up but her bestie. I am so beyond grateful for their LOVE they showed her. God BLESS you all and once again THANK YOU!!!

Came here with two small children. They were sooo excited when they saw the big slides, but they were too too small to ride. We all enjoyed our day. Water was super cold. Hopefully warm weather will warm it up for next time we come. We also had a cabana and we enjoyed that as well.

There is something to do for all ages! Great for date nights or family fun. Prices are reasonable. Lines move quickly. Not a very large place but big enough to enjoy. Be careful under the big bucket. It knocks small kids to the ground!

We love the Waterpark, we got season passes. The only issue is not being allowed to bring in snacks. The prices for food inside are very high.

Love this place. Rented a cabana today but lightning caused the park to close 2 hours early. We were offered a full day of another cabana rental for our next visit since we had to leave early. An employee named Mike was exceptionally kind and helpful. He even held our youngest cabana guest to assist us! Thank you Mike. You were great.

My younger brother was in Warner Robins talking about how great he was in sports and thinking he could put the beat down on his ancient brother. I recommended we visit Rigby's Entertainment since I had never been. We walked in the door and was promptly greeted by Miss Johnson who was amazing! She helped us load our card, showed us where everything was, and to get with her if we needed anything. After a couple rounds of bowling where I completely dominated little brother we decided to visit the race car track. Miss Johnson walked us out there too. All the employees are incredibly friendly but Miss Johnson went way above the call of duty. We will definitely visit again! Thank you.

Very fun night for the kids. Friday night and lots of people. The customer service was awesome from the time we walked in to the time we left. It was our first visit and the young men at the front desk were super helpful with getting us were we needed to be. My grandson fell and the staff was right there to assist me with insuring he was okay. We will be back. Thanks for a great time

We had a blast for my 10 year olds birthday. We bowled, skated, played laser tag, rode go-karts, and played in the arcade. The pizza 🍕 was yummy as well. We will be back for the water park 🥰

My 7 year old daughter loves to go there to play games in the arcade and then make an attempt (or 20) to skate 🤣. We always have so much fun!

My first time here with my 7 year old & it definitely won't be our last. It really is fun for the entire family. We enjoyed the go-karts, and all of the arcade games, esp the Connect Four basketball game. I must say that I was very impressed with the 3 fellas running the go-kart area. They were very patient with my son. This was his first time driving go-karts. Safety was their main concern, as they made sure that my son was securely in the go-kart. They spoke to him with patience which calmed his nerves. This was customer service at it's finest. I love the fact that they have a skating rink, I'm from Chicago and skating is such a huge part of the culture there. Next time, I'm bringing my own skates and will be hitting the floor. The DJ definitely knew how to keep the party going on the skate floor...everyone was jamming! They have a water park & mini golf as well, which we plan to take advantage of on our next visit. Oh yea last but not least, they have a bar 😊. Enjoy

Nice small water park. The only issue we had was waiting for our cabana. Nice small kids area with slides perfect for toddlers. The line for online tickets was longer than tickets purchased at the park. Also, they ask for your id and credit card used for punching online tickets.

This is a great venue for a birthday party. I recommend it especially when your kids are 8 and up; younger if they can skate and bowl. They have a variety of food items and alcoholic beverages for the adults. The food prices are comparable to a restaurant, not your cheap bowling alley food I like the bowling area best. The DJ is good and has interactive games for the skaters. If your child isn't a pro skater, they have a device they can skate with to prevent falls.
